Billdesk — Payment not getting through for HDFC Credit Card Payment despite confirmation

Please refer to Transaction Identification Number: XSBI[protected] amounting to Rs 7700 dated 17.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 7698.70 dated 15.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 6990.70 dated 22.01.2023 wherein I have made payment for HDFC Bank credit card on the above mentioned dates but these payments till date haven't been successful despite getting confirmation from Billdesk. Now HDFC Bank has charged me Late Fees and GST because of non payment of bill. This is harassment as it is piling agony on me without my fault and impacting my creditibility.
