[Resolved] Billdesk — payment not received yet by billdesk | |||||
Dear sir, My name is jasvinder singh kalsi. I have made the payment of my standard charted credit card loan account ([protected]) of rs. 6, 000/- from boi netbanking through billdesk on 11/01/2019. The amount was debited from boi account but not updated in standard charted credit card loan account. I had words with scs credit card customer care regarding payment on 14/01/2019 but they told me that the payment has not received yet. I am trying to call billdesk helpline number again and again but nobody is responding. I am very disappointed with billdesk customer service. I will never use billdesk service in future. Please update my money status. Enclosed proof to payment pay by boi and payment not received in scs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
