Have paid an amount of rs.26729/- against renewal of my medi claim policy in the new india assurance company ltd. Today[protected] through net banking facility of south indian bank ltd. The payment was successful and the payment was made to billdesk ship-qsib[protected]- bank reference id is 41767765.
Please confirm whether the payment is credited to the new india assurance company or not as i have not received any confirmation form company

I have paid Application fees for FCI through UPI by scanning the QR provided by the Billdesk. My money has been deducted from the account but my application form has not got submitted and it is showing payment failure and it is telling me to pay again. I have transaction ID for that transaction.
