Billdesk — payment of property tax through online portal but no receipt

I have paid property tax for property number[protected] a amount of 1919.74 and for which there is no receipt acknowledgement that i got, as the amount is being deducted from my bank but no receipt is being generated for this. And even in the portal i am not getting any acknowledgement for the payment done.
Please revert back on this at the earliest as below is the proof of the amount being deducted for the same.

Please refer INB/[protected]/VODAPHONE (BILLDESK) recharge of mobile no [protected] for an amount Rs 160. The money has been cut from the bank account but has not been credited towards recharge.
