After the above payment was made & SMS recd from bank for debiting my account the screen went into a runtime error & left hanging without giving me a indigo confirmation number /itnary confirmation for my seats on chenai-singapore flight of 5May15 & indgigo helpdesk is unable to trace my reservation either
What is your soloution
I need the Indigo e-tickets to make Visa application just now. You have recd my payment as confirmed by your bill desk screen shot which I am sending to you.
