Billdesk — payment print not received

Sir i want to a payment receipt which number is [protected]. Payment made by me for shop ragistration application of lebar department. It's made by me when i am not ragistered. I accidentally clicked on feedback instead of a print receipt. Due to which the print receipt page has closed. I could not print the payment receipt. Please send me the printed receipt.
