I have tried contacting BillDesk customer care multiple times, but I still haven't received any reply.
On 27th of February, I tried to pay for Spotify Premium using UPI. I got the request, and the transaction was successful. But the subscription wasn't activated, and I got a payment failed error. I did it once again hoping that the previous amount would be credited back, but I received another payment failed error. I had to use another payment method to get it to activate.
It has been 15 days, and I still haven't received back the money, nor have I gotten any response from their team. I have attached screenshots below. I request them to credit the money back to my account.
Total amount: Rs.66 + Rs.66= Rs.132.
