Dear Bill desk coordinator, I have done a transaction from my Paytm wallet thru billdesk gateway bearing CAR POLICY IN BHARATHI AXA. Transaction successful ref:PPT[protected] From paytm registered mobile THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESFUL IN PAYTM but the information in Bharath axa interface shows it's under process and has yet to get confirmation from billdesk. (Attached screenshot) When enquired in Paytm care they have sent a text saying billdesk team will resolve the issue and the transaction PPT[protected] was successful. Tried calling Bill desk customer [protected]@ Hyderabad toll free number, no reply, are u not working today? As even Delhi customer care has number.
