[Resolved]  Billdesk — Recharge is failed.. Money pending for Refund

I am aircel customer.. I was doing online recharge from epayment aircel site for rs 98 internet pack 2g on [protected] number on 12/06/2017.. Recharge is not been completed but my money has been deducted . i was recharge with federal bank debit card...
so please refund my money as soon possible..

Also, our team called you a couple of times but the number was not reachable.
