I have made an online recharge of Rs. 130.00 on MTNL mobile no. [protected] on 09/02/2015 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Refer Transaction ID. BUDC[protected] from Mumbai. If recharge has failed then my amount of 130.00 rupees should be credited to my Union Bank of India account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint & do the need full urgently.
