Billdesk — REFUND Not Happen

On 11/07/2023 I Paid the amount was 107.00 for pan apply through UTIISL in BILLDESK payment gateway, suddenly the application shows the error after successful payment, I wanna my amount back.
Also I attached supporting document for easier process
