For about a year auto debit instruction to my hdfc regalia credit card for payment of idea monthly bills.
Since i wanted to switch over to prepaid, on 10th sept. I had stopped auto debit instruction from billdesk site and made payment for outstanding bills at idea counter.
I was shocked to note that despite my instruction,, an amount of rs.352.82/- was deducted by billdesk.
I have been corresponding with billdesk for past 20 days but no signs of refund.
On their request i had mailed them bank statement to make sure that refund has not taken place. Now they are asking to take up matter with hdfc bank.
I am highly dissatisifed with services where deduction is extremely prompt but for refund delay as much as possible.
Can someone advise on senior person or ministry where i can take up matter and get my payment.
