We have made payment through gateway of BillDesk on 02nd Nov-2020 of Rs. 3093.96/- by below said steps but not credited to Vodafone idea Ltd.;
Bank statement & Payment report of that day is attached for your reference.

Please solve this issue & revert back amount if not credited to beneficiary account.
