Sir, I am sourabh dutta who paid premium of endowment plan 14 on 11/01/18 having policy no[protected] and premium amount is 18418, but message came from billdesk that your session is expired when i paid via internet banking channel of sbi, please tell me when will i get my refund as on 25 jan my grace period will end and i am in dubious mind whether to make payment again or wait till i get my money back.
