Billdesk — School fees does not deposit

Sir myself Sukhjeet singh on 10th July I was paid my brother KVS school fees through Gpay app at billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank Rs2850 but still now fund not deposit to recipient please refund my money for need to pay school fees which are still pending. Please help me Sir, Gpay transaction screenshot attached for this complaint. Thank you
