On 16th i have made a payment of rs 339 to charge my bsnl mobile number. But for my surprise amount promptly deducted from my bank account but service not activated. Bank is not responsible for such failures happened at bill desk. I have been contacting the land line no [protected] since yesterday no response. My question is why at all such contact numbers are given to customers when no body is there to respond.
This is not the first time every time it happens, i recommend all not to go with bill desk for any thing.
Now i demand my money should be returned back & expect immediate reply. Any delay / no reply i shall take up this with consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
