Billdesk — success full transaction completed but the account holders have not received/credited the money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've done the two transactions about 574+574=1144 on 12/2/2018 to the Andhra Pradesh Council of Pharmacy. But they are saying that we are not received the payment you have done through online transactions, please pay again we can do the further process. So again we have paid money to the andhra pradesh pharmacy council through hand, after this they said that please post a complaint to billdesk orgasnisation they can solve this problem and your money will be credited to your account. So please do the needful and credit the money that we have paid to the AP council of pharmacy with using your billdesk organizaton.
