Now any mail I write to the Desk of BillDesk, I get a message saying the mail ID doesn't exist, and that I should contact the "Postmaster"!!
This is the message received from my bank :
ICICI Bank Acc XXYYY debited Rs. 1, 148.00 on 28-Feb-24 InfoBIL*ONL*00080.
This is what BillDesk wrote in response to my complaint that no acknowledgement of the amount was received, also no confirmation of money receipt from the payee Tata Power.
This is with reference to your ticket number 3252348 regarding the status of payment towards Tata Power .
In order to assist you with the details and status of transaction, we require a Bill Desk generated 14-digit alphanumeric transaction ID to trace the transaction at our end. Was this information helpful? |
