I did a transaction on bajaj allianz website to buy an insurance policy.
I paid through UPI by scanning the QR code. after the transaction there was no update on the website that the payment is successful.
Now My account has been debited but I have not received any refund or the update from the bank or the bajaj allianz.
I have contacted my bank they said the transaciton was successful.
I have also contacted the website payment gateway which is billdesk and they are just saying that they have not received any updated from the their bank.
There customer care is very poor since 1 month has past and htey cannot track the transaction.
