Billdesk — Transaction failed.Amount debited from bank

I had paid fees today at billdesk 2 times but both times transaction failed. Amount of rs 2000 debited from my account but didn't reached the merchant. Kindly please refund my money as soon as possible. I had mailed at your consumer support but not get reverted.so writing here. Waiting for instant and favourable reply.
