Billdesk — transaction failed but amount debited from account

I made a transaction of rs. 25012 on billdesk payment portal of ebspunjabiuniversity through net banking method. The amount was debited from my account but does not credited to the beneficiary account. This was a fee deposit on last date. Now i have to pay the fine also to university. Please confirm this payment through your portal or re - credit the amount into my account. Kindly solve the matter as soon as possible. Reference id of transaction through netbanking is[protected]. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.
