Billdesk — Transaction failed but money debited twice

Sir,
I have done two transaction for payment for Lower Division Assistant/Clerk Rs. 451.46 (225.73 + 225.73) through my STATE BANK OF INDIA Net Banking o[protected] but an error message was displayed twice showing "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction" the transaction became unsuccessful, But Rs. 451.46 (Tr. ID[protected] has been debited my account.

Please help me to refund back the unsuccessful transaction amount of Rs. 451.46 (225.73+225.73) into my A/c in STATE BANK OF INDIA.
