Hi

I just paid Rs.600.00 CESC bill but the payment sleep not yet generated.
As per CESC the payment not yet received at there end.
But the amount deducted from my account.The transaction id given bellow.

online payment of INR 600.0 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee BILL DESK BPC

PAYMENT MADE DATE IS 22.03.2017

TRANSACTION DONE FROM icici BANK

My on line payment failed on dtd[protected] ref. ...SBIPG[protected]UTIITSL_BDSBIPG.THE AMOUNT RS.107/- hasbeen deducted from A/c.pl. check & return .
