Billdesk — Transaction initiated then declined but amount deducted

I was filling application form for IB ACIO. I initiated the transaction but it was failed because o[censored]nknown reasons. As the last date for fee payment of form is today 09/01/2021, i paid fee doing another transaction of Rs. 500 which was successful. My user id for the same is MHA[protected].

I request the refund of the amount of RS 500 as soon as possible which was earlier deducted when the transaction declined.
