My upi transaction[protected] from tez for 349 rs is not succeed please check and revert on same. There no way to communicate and register a complain to billdesk even from tez when i "raise bbps dispute" which open's a billdesk website after entering transaction id this message will came "error! Transaction reference number NCPI[protected], Transaction date 21-april 2018 for service number[protected] has paid through the phone.billdesk.com of amount 564 has been deducted in my account but the transaction is not completed . Can u verify the details and refund my amount to me I have paid it through tez payment .
