Billdesk — transaction pending but debited amount from my bank account

Hi,
I pay my RBL loan EMI amount 3141 rs from online (05/05/2020). but transaction is pending its shoe display and one reference number generate and but my money debited from my hdfcbank. please kindly solve this problem. transfer Number SHDF[protected]
