Billdesk — unable to track my transaction.

I have paid for the andhrabank credit card through billdesk on 01/10/2019, the amount got debited from my savings account and received acknowledgment saying transaction successfull with transaction id number radb[protected]. Now i am unable to track the transaction status online. Kindly provide me with the status of this transction. If not processed kindly refund my money back to the account.
