Bima Lokpal — not providing ncb status

I am from preeti united india insurance portal office, harpalpur
One of my customer chetram pathak had come to the insurance claim this year, then for his claim settlement, his previous policy wanted the ncb status that there was no claim in his previous policy.
His previous policy was made by tata motors dealer through national insurance company
I used to mail nic company several times (Mail id - [protected]@nic.co.in, [protected]@nic.co.in) but no reply came
Calling the tata motors dealers on the call (Toll free number[protected], they are saying that we can not give you ncb status because we do not have data and call nic toll free no.[protected] so it is saying that we can not give you ncb status because we do not have data, i have called in sagar branch (No.[protected]
So, it is my humble request that you solve my problem quickly and get the ncb status
