Sir,
Today I received call from your Karyalay named Kavita Joshi. Thanks for the same.
She have given details of INGVaisya Mutual Fund in which my father Kapilbhai D Mistry had invested Rs.44000/- on 23/09/2001 for 12 Years, which expired on 27/09/2013. The amount has become Rs.265000/-. This to inform that my father died on 07/11/2015 at my younger brother residence as in last yrs. he was staying there. I, his son, named Bharat Kapilray Mistry and nominee of this fund, was working in Forensic Science Lab. Home Deptt. Government of Gujarat, from 2010 to May 2014 at Junagadh as Assistant Director. Now I am retired since June'2014.
After my father's death I have not found the above Mutual Fund documents and was out of knowledge, hence could not claim this amount. My father died at the age of 91 and his health was not good, may due bad memory he could not have informed me and I was working at distance.
But as I came to know about this investment and being a nominee, I here with claim for the same. Would bind to provide all my identity proofs except Fund related documents. Sorry for the same. I really thanks the department for making me in knowledge of this claim.
I with my wife live in Ahmedabad address and my father was with me in 2001 when he invested this money in INGVaisya Mutual Fund. Due my transfer he went to reside at my younger brother's residence and might have taken all documents with him. Most of the documents related to investments we found and some might missing. This is second incidence. Previous was claim with LIC, in which I was nominee. But the same has been settled. I got the amount after cutting TDS.
My wife is suffering from Breast Cancer, with multiple deceases, and continuously remain in need of money. I am retired class I government officer .
Kindly request you to do needful and guide me to get this amount being a nominee.
Expecting prompt reply from you as I have been informed that tomorrow is the last date for claim. Expecting co operations from you. Please feel free to ask, required any information.

The Nominee in the mutual fund is my grandmother Rameshwari Moondra and my father Amarchand Moondra we have two documents pan card and Aadhaar card of nominee but we don't have the mutual fund bond when i asked Mr Rajeev that we had lost the  mutual fund bond what would be the procedure  of redemption without the bond, he denied that he couldn't process the redemption without the bond  and 20 aug is the last date for redemption otherwise mutual fund  would be cancelled automatically

We don't get any prior intimation any phone call, or registered post  regarding this mutual fund  after the maturity period 27 September 2013 as I am aware of the rules and regulations  of SEBI I don't think any mutual fund would be cancelled without redemption and definitely their would be another way of redemption without the bond so I request your good organization to please suggest us the procedure of redemption without the said bond, we are ready to do the all the needful procedure for redemption
