Bima Lokpal — not refund payment that transaction in united india insurance

I had a transaction in united india insurace in date of 15/06/2018, but has not come payment credit in cd account in the portal nor in my bank account.
I had called also head office of portal but they are not receive my call now, they had receive only one time.
I called to the bankers, they told me that your payment was receive to the merchant.
Then plz sir tell me, where is my payment money?
