Our adtional claim 77419/- pending from 04.02.19 i have submitted 04.02.19 and resubmitted 22.04.19 as per hr pms co mumbai through proper channel but paramount lodge any other claim about 38000/- and process 63990/- and uiico clear 23520/- claim are mismatch from paramount and uiico.
Actually jhrc bill claim 144611/- paramount/uiico paid rs.105407/- and ourselves paid rs.77419/- but claim are not process. Paramount uiico only paidicu room rent.61700/- dr. Fees 19500/- investi. Chrg 20030/- but not paid medicine rs.32304/- operation chrg 5500/- ambulace charg.9700/- mri test 6000 ct scan 3000 sonoghraphy 2000 and dvp pumt 3000 and other misc exp. Not paid all related orgional are send by proper channel dt 04.02.2019.
Please help us and reimburs rs. 77419/- adtional claim.
