Bima Lokpal — Prudent broker/Medi assist - Legit claim are getting rejected with different reasons everytime

Hi Team,

I was admitted to hospital from 11th Aug 2021 to 20th Aug 2021 for Abdominal pain(Gastritis and pylori bacterial infection). After discharge, we are following up with prudent broker for claim reimbursement, but every time representative is rejecting the claims stating different reasons.

We have provided all the documents, discharge summary, letter from doctor, drug chart to Insurance company.

Please help.
