Contrary to the claims made on the Binomo website, the VIP customers do not receive the promised exceptional treatment. Since becoming a VIP client, I have yet to receive personalized assistance or guidance from an account manager. Additionally, I believe the platform should offer a wider range of indicators to enhance the trading experience.
