[Resolved]  Binomo — I was inactive for over three months

I was inactive for over three months, and Binomo charged me around $30 as a subscription fee. I found that it will be deducted if there is no trading activity for 90 days. I think this fee is too much, and Binomo should consider decreasing it.

The subscription fee is one of the rules of the platform. Binomo starts deducting the subscription fee three months after your last trading activity.

However, do not worry if you don't have enough funds in your balance. Your balance will be 0 and you won't have a negative balance. Your opinion has been received and will be given attention so that we can make our platform more accessible and enjoyable.
