Biotique — no product delivered, customer care is to befool customers | |||||
This company is bogus actually, they dont know how to complete the sell process. I placed an order few days back but no information thereafter from biotique team, even after continuous calls and emails no response from them. Their delivery partner dotzot dont seem to deliver the product. Cc people of biotique take the complaints but no action thereafter. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, I purchased Biotique Bio peach peel off face mask a few days ago from a Health and Glow outlet. The product is well within its validity date, but still on opening the content, I get a strong odour like that of nail polish remover. On applying to the skin, i feel breathless, I do not think it is safe to use. Can somebody please look into it?
