This company is bogus actually, they dont know how to complete the sell process. I placed an order few days back but no information thereafter from biotique team, even after continuous calls and emails no response from them. Their delivery partner dotzot dont seem to deliver the product.
Cc people of biotique take the complaints but no action thereafter.

Hi, I purchased Biotique Bio peach peel off face mask a few days ago from a Health and Glow outlet. The product is well within its validity date, but still on opening the content, I get a strong odour like that of nail polish remover. On applying to the skin, i feel breathless, I do not think it is safe to use. Can somebody please look into it?

I ordered 10 items but they sent only 8 items but get money for 10 items then how i believe and here ofter how i ordered this company. I order 2 orange soap and 1 cucumber toner they sent 1 soap and didn't sent one soap and cucumber toner but they paste full items name and count in front side and get money fur 10 items but inside they keep only 8 items in biotique...

Not received items even after one month...

[protected] is order number on biotique online india, order was placed on 6th june and still not received the order. When i call their customer care, they do not pick up. I tracked my parcel on dotzot through which they have shipped, there it shows ddelivered on 14 june to rajkot branch, not on my address. Today i tried calling dotzot also but nobody picked up. I want my order cancelled now because nobody can wait this long. Please help.

Products below standard
I am a 16 year old using Biotique products for the past 5 years as my mom is an avid beleiver in their products.
Yet, i find that of late the colour and smell of Biotique Lip balm ( batch number-8009, purchased from Empire stores, Sector 17, Chandigarh ) and Wheat Germ ( batch number-005, purchased from Bhatia Supermarket, Sector 35, Chandigarh) dont match from one buy to the other. The lip balm shade varies from a red to a dirty maroon and even smells different .The wheta grem cream also varies from a white to a pale yellow.
Shouldnt there be a consistency in their products..??
Please imform me as to why such varations occur..

I have ordered biotique product on 9th Sep. Two days spend and still now no information about the delivery of the product. Even customer care number is not working. One of the worst service i have ever had. I paid whole amount of the product. Even no idea how to cancel my order.

We have purchased a Biotique product, Seaweed eye gel, from M/s Soni Chemist, H 12, Kalkaji market Ph[protected]. (Batch number 009 and date of manufacturing as 09/07) with MRP of Rs135.
Upon using, it is observed that the product content is sub standard.
You are advised to investigate and highlight the cheating by this company/dealers are doing with the customers.
