Sir, I purchased testo ultra worth rupees 10005 (Six bottols) on 21st feb. 2018 confirmation was received #[protected]. I was informed to contact [protected]@biotrim labs.com. Which does not respond, from website found contact number [protected] this also not responded. Then i choose live chat — on 02nd of april at 12:30pm she asked me to enquire from post office i enquired but they say they have not received any package on my name. She advised me to contact you again. I earnestly request to kindly show some interest in the matter & intervene in it & enquire the matter from your office & records. This is expected from reputed company of yours Please do the needful & oblige Or suggest me to whom i should place my grievance An early action is highly appreciated Dr. A. K. Dhawan, (Retd.)
