False Assurances

This is for other customers to know the experience i am having with BSLI, Flexi Life Line policy. For the past 3 months I have been trying to surrender the documents to BSLI. They keep dodging me every time for 3 months.. - they delayed 2 weeks after surrendering, asking for signature reverification - after submtting signature forms, they wanted me to resubmit surrender form - after 2 weeks, they want me to resubmit surrender document....
