Sir i worked with birla sun life insurance company as relationship manager in egmore branch chennai from 2007 to 2009. I didn't close my pf account. Now i am looking to settle my account kindly guide me to finish this process. But other people says my pf no is wrong

    Dear Sir,
    My policy no[protected]
    My policy matured on 7th aug 2020, but my bank registration is not there for that I struggling to 20days and any how I confirm the registration from udhna brance and it's customer care several times since 1st sep (please check call recording)
    Every one confirm my bank registration and tell my account number also.
    And today 17th sep again I get one mail that your bank registration...

    The policy matured on 16th august but they are not disbursing. The relation ship manager is keeping quiet and not helping much also.

      My dad purchased a policy from birla sunlife. The employee there asked my dad to purchase more policy or he wouldn't get benefits. I want my premium paid for 3 policies back

        Policy no[protected] &[protected].

        Neither maturity cheque received nor RTGS done in our bank accounts even after making repeated requests to customer care on phone & mail. Too much harrasment being faced.

          I have sent all documents required regarding the settlement of hospital expenses on may but still I have not received any information about the claim.i have not received still inspite of submitting all the documents related to the claim amount.
          Such a poor response from the insurance company never expected at all.
          I want the company to take necessary action to settle the issue.

          I did internship with birla sun life while doing my pgdm and they forcefully pressurized me to take the policy from them otherwise they will fail me in my internship. I bought policy in which i need to pay yearly amount of 24639 uptil 20 years. I took policy and since the minimum lockin period is 3 yrs this year i decided to surrender it.. As of now i have paid rs. 73, 917 and while surrendering it on 5th june they told me that i can get on rs. 37, 287 that means i am already bearing a good amount of loss. Today i received a mail that i will get only rs. 36, 216 i. E. 1000 less than they promised me 10 days back. Kindly please look into my matter and i want my whole surrender amount back.

            Dear sir,
            I have taken a policy in your company on 07/06/2019. Policy no[protected]. Due date for this year is on 08.06.2020. But because of this covid 19 spread, i am unable to pay the due on time. So i have decided to pay the policy amount by two wage. For that my premium amount should be shifted from ecs mode to normal mode. I request you to consider this.

I had sent several follow up email regarding pf withdraw but there is no response from any of team form past two months, only i am getting email stated that "our concern team is working on it you will get resolution with 48 hour" but i didn't received any email or call from their respective team.
