The company is not responding to any complaints made
They are simply ignoring them.
1: I made an order for 3 months, 2 bottles per week. Total of 12 deliveries I only received 11. When complained they said the delivery team has said all deliveries have been made and closed the ticket. When asked about the proofs they are ignoring all my emails.
2: Now I made another order for 3 months and after the 1st delivery there is no update about the 2nd delivery.
