I have subscribed for monthly delivery of 20 ltr Can after confirming with Ms. Sonali Shinde of Bisleri if they provide services in my location & placed the order vide no. #BSLRE-047-[protected] on 1st August’22 & opted for every Wednesday deliveries, accordingly the first delivery should happen on 3rd Aug’22.
My struggle started the moment I received the below message on 3rd late evening as the delivery not happened & tried to contact the given phone no. multiple times but no reply:
“Dear Pranjal Kakati, Your Bisleri order no.BSLRE-047CH-1229613 is out for delivery and will be serviced by delivery agent H K Data Services with mobile number [protected]”
Failed to contact the delivery guy, I have been writing/calling to Bisleri several times but failed with all the option & thus opted to contact Bisleri on social platform.
Just an advise if Bisleri is not capable to handling customers, failed in their supply chain & logistics; why should customer face these problem? Is “subscription” is a scam to collect public money?
Enough of Bisleri water; I need my money Rs. 1207/- back asap. Was this information helpful? |
