Complaint marked as Resolved I do not know what has happened but the customer care agent was repeatedly calling for every 3 days for around 1 month and at last one day Bisleri agent picked up the can. Also refunded the cation deposit for 2 CANs. I am wondering such a big company like Bisleri lacks in governance to address the refund. Atlast, i feel that this is not a right way to treat a customer for getting refund.
Bisleri International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Every time I receive a mail stating 'Your pickup is Scheduled' and I think this is an ironical statement to fool me. I am done of this nuisance. I receive msg and no one even call to to pick the can that is kept at my home.
Almost a month ago I requested for can pickup.
