This is Anup Gupta from Kolkata, my firm's name is GUPTA TRADING.
This for ur concern that I was very much interested to do bisleri mineral water whole sale Supply as my business..
So that I contacted bisleri's toll free no & get Mr Mithun chakroborty's(manager) no. He send his junior executive Surojit Banerjee to me for the further process...
After understanding everything I ordered 100 no of 20 ltr jar...
At the time of delivery I faced a new horrible experience with the representative of Bisleri..
Mr.Surajit was missing from the day whom expected more and after calling him his reply is "our duty is finished after delivery and now this is ur duty how to sell & whom to sell " and words r in some wrong language...
Not expecting this kind of support from a bisleri's executive...
Now we r a good distributor of Kinley water and doing good business with them..
So requesting u to please take necessary action on this kind of executives who is spoiling the reputation of such a big company like bisleri..

People are facing lot of issues due to plastic containers, even your family also, pls start planning to use metal containers instead of plastic, your sales and loyalty on business also go high.
Due to plastics we are facing cancer related issues..pls go for metal container, people would buy if that is healthier..

    I was getting Bisleri 20 litre cans, 5 at a time from Bisleri supplier Mr. Gangadhar of Green market, BSK first stage, Vidyapeetha layout, Bangalore, contact numbers [protected], [protected].
    Now, as I am in dire need of money, I asked him to collect the empty cans and refund my deposit for 5 cans. Also I have found a supplier nearby willing to supply one can at a time. But Mr. Gangadhar is not coming to collect the 5 empty cans and refund the deposit( Rs 750 for 5 cans), inspite of calling him a number of times. Also, he did not give any receipt the first time when I asked, saying its not necessary. Kindly help. I need the money. Thanks.

    Immediately after posting my complaint here, which has my mobile number, someone from some consumer forum called and asked for my bank account or card number, so that he can deposit Rs. 1000 and later mail the distributor to collect the empty cans. he was not from Bisleri. Unfortunately i deleted the number. Anyway, just warning, if this is against the norms.
    I have purchased Bisleri 1ltr water bottle in Majestic Bangalore Kempe Gowda bus station.. vendor took 25RS whereas MRP was 19RS.. When I asked he said it's because of the Supplier..

      Hi,

      I ordered bislery 20litre bottle from kirti supermarket, chandivali m : +91 [protected]. The bottle delivered was having leakage and soon the water reduced to 75%. I talked with the shop dealer who sent me the bottle for replace! Emt of the bottle with new filled one but he denied to rroplace and sent an empty bottle instead so that i can fill the remainung bottle in it. Also, he was not professional enough in solving the issue.

      He told me to file complain to the comoany as he cannot do anything in this regard.

      Can you please look into ther matter and provide a new bottle. Also, can you please ask your distributors to ha dle such situation with professionalism.

        Dealers owing bisleri dealership in agra (Sikandra) are not providing water bottles (Bisleri 20 ltr.). Today i called at 1200hrs at mr sandip gupta's mobile number [protected]. He promised to deliver the bottle in evening. But didn't. I reminded him at 04 pm again. He promised to deliver again. But he didn't. After 07 pm i called him again many times but he didn't pick up the phone. Besides the fact that same dealers are continuing with local ro water bottle supply in all near by areas. This is very disappointing and discouraging for all those regularly consuming bisleri water. There is a measure shift in the consumers because of regular irregularity in bisleri water bottle supply (As water is very necessary and basic need). Please take the necessary action. It is also degrading the brand value.

          So many Minute particles found in 20L bisleri jar'...plz check the purity level.l'm a regular bisleri customer...As per the brand we do not even look at the water before drinking, that's the faith we had on Bisleri prior to this. We want quick action on this as we cannot keep this smelly water for long. Could you please look into this..kindly need your reaction to this complaint asap...

            I am have been getting bisleri 20 ltrs 5 cans delivered to my place from one bisleri dealer "Golden Agency" located at No 40, Thangam Colony, 6th avenue, Anna Nagar West, Chennai 600040.
            Offlate dealer pointed new employee started behaving very rudely and unprofessional on placing water can request each time. When requested to deliver the water on expected day, they refused to deliver water & denied to deliver water further.
            I have requested to return Rs.750 (5 cans X 150) deposit paid, they are refusing to return the deposit. On follow up, they are not providing any ETA for returning the deposit. I have receipt for the deposit given to them.

            I kindly request you to take some action against the dealer and ask him to return deposit money of Rs.750.

              I have purchased a 250 ml on 15.03.2017 Bisleri drinking water bottle & found a dead insect (Fly or mosquito) in the intact bottle.

              Complaint has been registered over the phone with the consumer care person & person visited for cross verification.

              There is no prompt response from the concerns after physical verification of the bottle.

              Consumer is advised to file complaint with the District Designated Officer (Food Safety) for regulatory action against the manufacturer. Manufacturer will get the problematic bottle from the consumer in the name of testing and he will be deprived of from complaining with the regulatory authority. It is a clear case of lapse by Bisleri International by not following Good Hygienic Practices especially pest management which has led to this situation
              In the feroz shah kotla stadium in new delhi...they are openly charging an 18 ruppees mrp water bottle at 50 ruppees...despite complaining the nearby police said" SAB CHALTA HAI"

                We are taking Bisleri 20 litre bottle from past 6 months. After about a month or 2, I tried sending the code to the provided number to check the authenticity of the product. But to my surprise I didn't receive any response for the message sent and the other number didn't exist. I talked to my vendor after which it didn't happen till today.

                How I check : The number on the bottle starts from 9**** instead of 1800**** which is the authentic one. Seems like they are printing the duplicate stickers to fool the customers.

                Can you please look into this issue.

                  Sir i had purchased a bisleri bottle 1l from a restaurant in himachal bhawan, mandi house, new delhi.
                  The mrp on that particular bottle is rs20
                  But he charged from me rs35 which is 15 over and above the maximum retail price. When i complaint about the same he told me the excuses of vat.

                    I have been using 20l bisleri for quite some time. I normally order the bottles from the local shop and they deliver at my door step. I have got the 2 bottles yesterday i have noticed that water smelling and testing very bad. I am pretty sure that the problem was at the source itself. Because the bottle was properly sealed : date of manufacture - 28-june-2016.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      I had shifted to New Delhi from Chennai one month back. I buy 2 Litres of Bisleri (3 in number) daily for drinking. I love the taste and purity and had recommended my friends to go for this only. But today morning, my faith was tested. I got this 2 litre bottle from my regular shop. It was properly sealed. I opened it and to my surprise water tasted a bit weird. I was getting the smell of "mosquito repellant" like "Allout/ Goodnight liquid". It tasted also similarly. I was utterly disappointed because I had immense trust on this brand. Please look into this. Maybe it happened in the factory while filling up the bottle. Maybe by mistake. But please make sure this is taken care of. I was angered and disheartened by this kind of carelessness on your part. I am pretty sure that the problem was at the source itself. because the bottle was properly sealed : time and date of manufacture - 16:40 05/05/16

                          We had gave cheque of deposit dated 26th may, as per communication with your representative delivery suppose to be made on last monday i. E.30th may, 2016. Regarding this i called him twice in last week he told that approval takes the time from mumbai office, now it is done so your order will processed & you will received order on coming monday i. E. 06th june 2016. But today also we didn't received the order placed by us.
                          Please communicate that it is possible for you to make delivery or not. If not please return us the cheque given by us.

                            This is to bring to your notice regarding the purity of bisleri water bought 2 days back,
                            I ordered a 20 ltr can from my nearest store i. E quality mart kasturi nagar bangalore,
                            And i am very disappointed to find small water worms in it.
                            Bisleri is very trusted brand, and any sort of adulteration is not expected, i have the bill and video of the same. I complain to the store quality mart but no response, "its are health which matters", i hope i will get a positive response

                              I am a regular buyer of bisler 20 ltrs. I buy at least 12 to 15 bottles a month. However due to lack of availability in our area retailers don't entertain us nor deliver it to us on time which at times is really difficult for us. Being such a valued bisleri customer we are treated like of no value. Why? Being a small scale buyer we are a kind of vendor for the company. Why can't we get it directly from company which will benefit us in terms of money and availability?

                                I am have been getting bisleri 20 ltrs cans delivered to my place from one bisleri dealer "Golden Agency" located at No 40, Thangam Colony, 6th avenue, Anna Nagar West, Chennai 600040. First off, they refuse to deliver 10 ltr cans to my place. Only 20 ltr cans are delivered, that too two or more. This is a problem because if I consume one can, I cannot get it replaced until I run out of water completely. Furthermore, the staff is rude and uncouth. I recently had a disagreement with them, upon which I returned my 10 ltr can and asked them to return my deposit which was 100 rupees. They gave me back only 50 rupees and said it's 50 for 10 ltr can and 150 for two 20 ltr cans. Upon returning home and checking my receipt for the 20 ltr cans I saw that the deposit is 300 for two 20 ltr cans.

                                I kindly request you to take some action against the dealer as he is the only dealer in the neighbourhood and the monopoly has gone to his head

                                Bisleri — Germs and insects in water bottle

                                I have got germs and insects in a water bottle of bisleri supplied to me in the bus of TSRTC travelling from Bangalore to hyd. I have sent a mail to them and there is no response from them. please look in to the matter.

                                Bisleri International — Dirty water container with green algae.

                                Bisleri a well known brand but providing worst quality. I have purchased 20 liter can from Tulip Orange Market, Sector 70 Gurgaon and found green algae deposits in the container.

                                Bisleri — Sealed Open

                                Dear Sir/Mam, We are using Bislery water since 2 years but since 4 months we are facing problem.The seal is broken.Please do the needful..

                                  we trust your brand and quality. We are drinking/ taking your bisleri water from a local vendor "guru kripa" for our school students in vasant kunj. Recently on 11th may 2016 we found a spider in the water. We were shocked and our students were afraid for their health and questioned our facilities health and hygiene.

                                  Hope you take an action on this because we are going to report about this consumer court also. We are send ing you the picture of water and vendor address.

                                  Bisleri Bottled Water Can 20 Litres — Bisleri water sealed can 20 L contains a dead dry leaf.

                                  I purchased a bisleri 20liter water can manufactured 16th September 2015 at 10.23 am which had a dead dry leaf in the sealed can. Poor quality control for a branded product which costs a premium.

                                  Bought 2 litre bisleri bottle ... i was shocked to find out a dead spider inside the bottle ... the bottle is sealed ... compained angaist it to the authorities they said we does'nt care its normal for us..

                                    I found a dead insect in my bisleri 20 litre can.When i open the sealed bottle insect is floating there. When i try to contact your number is busy. You guys charge so much and what we get is insecurity.now i am worry about my health i was drinking bisleri from past a year ago. i don't know how they purify water . it is really a big concern .i am very disappointed with bisleri

                                    I have not had any problem with Bisleri, Then again, we use a Bisleri jar and fill it from our Filter, thats probably why.

                                    Bisleri — Bottled water had dead mosquito

                                    On 18th Oct'15, i purchased a 20 litres sealed bottle from a local retailer in Gurgaon. When i opened the seal i found a dead mosquito inside.

                                    Bisleri — Live worm in bisleri water

                                    In 20 liter can of bisleri water, I found live worm.water seems to be contaminated.there is foul smell in the water.it has shaked my belief on bisleri water.I do not want to drink such can water again.

                                      I am a owner of the restaurant. I use to provide bisleri cold drinks to my customer. There is a mosquito inside the bottle. However the bottle seal was unbroken. I was ashamed in front of all the customers. i hv lost most of the customers and finacially and mentaly i was tortured. Going to fire a legal complaint against bisleri.
