Utter fraud site, never buy or order from this site, they show something on the site, in reality they will deliver some cheap thing, n then no response from their side, fooling people

I am regular online customer and often order products online, so thought to order flower and cake for my sister's bday. However, i was amazed that even after ordering online, i neither received email or a sms for my order. I tired calling them but i was unable to contact the office. I was really pissed off and could not control my anger. But then after 1 hour i received a call which i missed. I received another call from that number again after 20 minutes and to my surprise the lady on the other side gave me a surprise that my order has been delievered. I was crazy for a moment and complaint about no communication from there end. But then she explained and i cross checked that i have added a wrong email id.
I am writing this just to tell ppl that sometimes its our mistake and we complaint a lot but i was happy that such vendors still exist. Keep it up

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I had ordered a photocake from Rose & Petals with Order ID OHRWE15030, for my First Month Marriage Anniversary The cake wasn't delivered on time... My guests had left by that time...I haven't received the bill of the cake... The Delivery Boy was not giving the proper information... I had inquired that will I be able to get a chocolate truffle cake n I was told that I will get a truffle cake but it was a normal chocolate cake... There was no card along with the cake nor my msg was written on the cake Last but not the least the photo did not cover the whole cake... There was a rectangular photo on a round cake... I had spent Rs. 1799/- for such a bad cake & Service, I trusted Rose & Petals & Their service for my such a precious moment I Demand Compensation from Rose & Petals Thanks & Regards Priyanka Sharma +91-[protected]

This is regarding the misguidancr o[censored]r people as before placing my order i confirmed thrice about the place whr the order needs to b delievered . This z absolutely pathetic..i dont buy this from such reputed companies harrassing n misguiding the constomers..n ur people are intimating this to ur customer one day before that u need to make extra payment. U plz take action against this..else i will have to escalate this matter to another level..which ever z ur grievance redressal platform... And one more information for the team that wen i asked about grievance mechanism, one o[censored]r employees namely prakash singh kept shouting and not listening to my issue wid the order and actually threatening me to take actions against me as he z very educated and so much more, then also he didnt tell me abt the place whr to write a complaint.. And stating ki agar paisa dena hai to do nahi dena to rehne do.. Plz explain is this quality of service u ppl offer.. M really sorry to say this is utter pathetic experience of mine wid u. And more to it the cake I ordered after spending 1500 rs was not the cake which was delivered..i had ordered a choc cheese cake n the cake which was delivered was blueberry smething..this is highly disappointing..order no was ZQRYA75985

The order DIXSI61170 booked for 14.02.2015 did not get delivered to Datia Madhya Pradesh. When i tried calling their representatives in their phone numbers no one bothered to respond. Is this justified? When they cant deliver then why did they take orders? I want a full refund of Order price and remote location charges that they had billed against me. These people are nothing but cheats

Order No. ASONB93712 I had ordered a egg less choclate cake. They said they would deliver it on the next day evening to the birthday person. I tolerated it. Finally at 6.30pm, they delivered a normal pineapple cake instead of a choclate cake. When I immediately raised a complaint, they had mentioned that they would replace it and that I should not use the wrong cake they had given... else .. I wont get any replacement. So, we had to halt the cake cutting and wait. Such height of stupidity their delivery person followed that he went to the nearby bakery.. got some cheap rated choco cake in tirupat and delivered it with the same bakery cover and took the pineapple cake back. When I called their customer care, their executive was very lethargic about the mistake and he said.. send a mail and we will see to it. I said i would go to the consumer forum and he said .. dont threaten us.. our legal team will see to it.. we dont care. When I asked for his name, he said I AM NARENDRA MODI...what will u do? I had ordered a cake online for about Rs.1500/-, for 1Kg strawberry cake. the company told that my area cannot be serviced but they later reverted telling that i can pay online with an additional amount and the cake would be delivered. after paying the amount online, the painful part started. when contacted, the rep told me that the cake would be given at the railway station and i need to come and collect the same. i went to the railway station and there was a person who handed me the cake. to my horror, it was a local cake shop with cheap cake inside, costing not even Rs200/-. when accosted, the man handing over the cake told me to complain to the company and he could do nothing about it. when I spoke to the company rep i contacted earlier, there was a lady who spoke very rudely to me and told me that the pink colour in the cake itself meant that it was strawberry cake. i wrote to the company but no response from them. this company is a cheat and has played fraud with the belief in the online system.

I have ordered Cake order No:- AEVTO31504. I have received the cake which is not at all the cake which i had ordered. The cake i received is totally of bad quality and not at all worth( 725 +250)/-(cake cost +midnight charges) below are the faults in the cake which was sent.
1.Cheap quality cake with very bad look and taste and not even worth Rs.100/- .
2. No wishes/ messages mentioned in the cake it was totally blank .even tough executive Maria was confirmed twice about the message i.e (HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANU LVU SO MUCH)
3.I had paid 250 @midnight charges but the cake was received around 10.30 to 10.45. then why midnight charges were taken for this crap cake.Even tough we get pizza delivered free of cost after 11.

I have attached all the snaps related to the cake i received as well as the cake which i had ordered to Rose N Petals and had communication with them.first there was assurance from Rohit that they will be giving some vouchers as compensation but later they started saying once cake is delivered no compensation not refund.

My strong recommendation is please DO NOT GO WITH ROSE N PETALS. as the product is not the same as promised and seen in pictures in the website.Till the time payment is not done they act very user friendly . But once payment is done they care a damn.
