We are using the Bisleri from past 3 months. We got the damaged 20ltr tins recent times. The quality of water is not good. I have the snaps of sealed 20 ltr can which has leaf like object floating inside, which was purchased from suvidha general store at Indirapuram. The jar itself seem too much used and we can't see clearly inside the bottle. I had requested for the testing of the sample.

I have raised the concern to the shopkeeper from where i had purchased that bottle. Then a person came saying he is from bisleri (Manoj Bhatt [protected]). He told me that he will take this bottle for lab testing...But its more than a week since he visited my home. Though i called him once in between to collect the bottle. I am not sure whether he is an authentic bisleri employee.

Shopkeeper told me that they were forcing the shopkeeper to bring the bottle back.

    White layers found floating in water of 20 ltrs BISLERI bottle. The local supplier is not helpful at all to solve this issue, hence I have been trying to contact BISLERI customer care number and whenever I have called there is no response[protected] I have kept the dirty water bottle aside and request BISLERI to help with this problem and change the water bottle asap.       Dust Particles were found in Pet Sealed 250ml Bisleri water bottle. I, mailed complaint to bisleri co.. Executive visited, seen bottle, answer was this is not much big issue, you can do whatever u want or go to consumer court. This is third time i m facing same problem.         Dealers owing bisleri dealership in Agra(Sikandra) are not providing water bottles (Bisleri 20 ltr.) . Mentioning their unavailabilty for the same. Besides the fact that same dealers are continuing with local RO water bottle supply in all near by areas. This is very disappointing and discouraging for all those regularly consuming bisleri water. There is a measure shift in the consumers because of regular irregularity in bisleri water bottle supply(As water is very necessary and basic need). Please take the necessary action . It is also degrading the brand value supplier or vendor mobile no.[protected]

          I have purchased 5 liter Bisleri mineral water jar from Hotel sanman Belgaum karnataka on[protected].It is stated on the jar sticker that "Best for consumption within 3 months from date of manufacture. For Batch No/Manf on/MRP see the Jar cap. But even after close observation I could not find the details on the cap. Now please tell me How I have to arrive at the expiry date, and who is to be held responsible for any untoward incidence. The jar is bottled in your Maski (Dist Raichur) plant.This is not expected from trusted company like Bisleri.Please investigate in to the matter and take necessary action.               Water container very dirty and could have been the cause of water infection, there were layers of mud around the sealed container which i can not understand since it was sealed . This is very serious since they charge twice the amount than a local vendor and people assume safety when buying a bottled water can but they pack it with out cleaning the bottles !! Please take strict action against this.

                20ltr can has white mud

I have the snaps of sealed 20 ltr can which has lot of mud inside, which was purchased from Shoba super market at Hennuru bus depo.                 I am an esteemed customer of your Bisleri Brand (20 Llr) from Mid-April of 2014. However, the crates/containers were dirty but we did not say anything because the water was at normal quality. But, we are being bound to inform you that now, the quality of water is INTOLERABLY WORSE & lesser in quality than any other local brand present in the market. Bad odour of 'CHLORINE' & 'BUBBLES' as if it is contaminated or whatever and not ready to drink. The problem starts from a few months before when the company introduced newly labelled bottles. Is it the new policy of the company to inject the customers with worst quality of water behind new label and crystal clear containers?? Does the company think its customers really fool & ready to drink whatever they offer against huge amount of price?? We need really faster solution to this problem. I have already submitted a complaint on 06.03.2015 in the website http://www.bisleri.com/contact-us/ but no reply or feedback has been received by me till today i.e. 14.03.2015 in my email id [protected]@yahoo.com.

                  Today i bought a 20 Litr Bottle of bisleri water but it smells like lake water or fungus water or the water of fish tank so i went to the shop keeper and asked him to replace it but he refuses and mentioned that you can call the customer care center and register a complaint about it.I tried to call on your customer care numbers but no one picked up the call and i got the message that your working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.

                  I thought tomorrow i will call the customer care center and then i bought a new 20 Liter bottle but it also smells same and now it becomes very serious case and required a quick response from your side.

                  My father is the first who noticed this smell since he uses some water and now i am worried about his health.

                  I purchased both the bottles from a near by store : Sameer Store.

                  I also talked to the distributor who supplies the water in this area but he also mentioned that you have to register a complaint to customer care center

                    I am Vinoth, a PhD student for the Hyderabad central university. I purchased a 20 litres bisleri water can from Mr.Bhaskar for which I have paid Rs.150 as the deposit amount for the can. When I gave back the can, he says he will refund only Rs.100 and the 50 Rs is service charge. But in the bisleri can, it is put Rs.150 has to be refunded.                       My name is Rajeev Ohri and I am owner of Contidrift International,
                      Ludhiana.I had purchase the box of sealed bisleri water bottles on 9
                      th of dec 2014 from Jamalpur chownk, Ludhiana, while I was travelling
                      with my family and at the time my kids were drinking the water of
                      bisleri, I saw big fungus in the water floating inside. It was very
                      shocking for me to see such kind of dust particles/heavy fungus inside
                      the bottle. same time I checked the expiry of bottle as it was not
                      expired .

                      To prevent any serious health problem to my kids i went to doctor and
                      after taking precautionary medicines, we back to home and checked
                      other bottles in the box and found that most of the sealed bottles
                      having heavy fungus inside. It is very big question to the companies /
                      brand like Bisleri having such a neglegancy and a question of your
                      making process in your water bottling plant.

                      Next day I approached your local office of bisleri in Ludhiana and
                      your company representative Mr Michal ( Mob No : [protected] come to
                      me to see the problem and he also surprised to see the real problem
                      and demand me for the defective bottle as he wanted to show to his
                      seniors and also to do test the water. I was ready to give the
                      effective bottle but he was not giving me rect for it as he was not
                      getting permission from their senior not to sign any paper . I was
                      very surprised to see the percautionary approach from your
                      representative instead to take the matter seriously, I denied to give
                      the defective bottle to your rep, without any rect. After regular
                      follow to to your representative he agreed to send some other person
                      to take the bottle and I handed over the defective bottle to Mr
                      Rajneesh ( AFM Bisleri) so that yofu can check the problem inside your
                      bottling plant

                      Mr Michal told me that they will reply in seven days after checking
                      the bottle and will find how it happened. After 10 days Mr Michal come
                      to me with his boss Mr Rajesh Sharma to my premises and they agreed
                      that water was not worth to drink ( NOT DRINKING WATER). They told me
                      that they have fired some employees in the company responsible for
                      this problem.

                      I have some questions .

                      1. We paid the money for the NON DRINKING WATER as agreed by your
                      local representative of Bisleri.

                      2. How you can play with the health of anyone ??

                      3. I prefer always big brand like bisleri / Aquafina / Kinley but
                      will you ruin your brand image like this way ??

                      4. Are you trying to pass the expiry date of the sealed bottle ?

                      I want some responsible reply / action from you to avoid to go in
                      the consumer court/ Health Dept / paper/electronic media to show the
                      reality of the big brands. Need your attention please.

                          Hi I am a regular user of Aquafina mineral water jars and due to rampant plagiarism of bisleri bottles, have asked my local supplier not to provide Bisleri. Day before, because o[censored]navailability of Aquafina, the grocer had supplied a Bisleri and all my fears have come true. The water is tasting like a pitcher water and a foul smell. I have taken the snaps of the bar codes etc. Please get it investigated . I am sure there would be numerous customers like me who would be apprehensive of getting Bisleri because o[censored]nscrupulous suppliers and dubious quality because of rampant plagiarism.                                 Sir, I purchased a Bisleri water can yesterday afternoon around 3.30 p.m. from Firdoz Milk Bar at Santacruz East Phone no [protected] Today morning, I not6iced the kitchen filled with water and on inspection found that the 20 litre can had a tiny, miniscule hole from where the water was leaking. I called Firdoz Milk Bar and the regular Man who answered the call was rude, said if I had opened the seal, he could not do anything! After insisting he send someone to check the can, he sent the delivery boy, who again repeated what was told to him, without checking the can. I asked for the owners name, he said did not know and literally ran away.I am a regular purchaser of Bisleri from this outlet, and did not expect such service!!                                   hello Sir,

                                  i fail to understand how a lava can be existing in a fresh 20 litre Bisleri bottle, now that lava has become a mosquito,

                                  and is flying in the bottle. i wish mumbai mirror would cover this news as it serious problem on water portability.

                                  i have video proof as well as pics of both the lava and the mosquito.

                                  this is serious cause o[censored]nfair trade practice on behalf of the manufacturer who claims that they have 6 levels of ionization.

                                    JananiHi, I want to bring to this notice and request action for the horrible water quality delivered to flats at Eden Ramaniyam apartments, 46/1velachery main road, velachery, chennai. Please not.the following : 1) the seal is always broken and the can leaks horribly, at least 100 ml is lost. 2) the cans delivered are at least one week old ones. 3) there is always dust and mud stuck to the insides of the cap and can and there is mud in waste. 4) the can is NOT cleaned at all, and it has thick gum of fungus and the waste stinks. 5) if all the above are not there, then the water has ever high TDS value, yuck taste. There are 200 flats, and I use 4 cans per day. And each day I am.forced to throw the water cans unused. Request immediate action. Any no of calls make no difference to customer care.

                                      We have received 20L Can of Bisleri water last week. It was smelling phenoil. We were deeply concerned about quality of water. We called and complained to Bangalore Bisleri customer care on September 6th morning. I am very disappointed with the response. I asked concerned person to meet and take written complaint many times. He refused to take it. He assured replacement of the bottle. We have kept the bottle. Please take action at the earliest.
