I am a frequent buyer of Bisleri 25 litre water cans, recently I purchased 5 litre water cans and the retail shops are charging Rs.5 more than MRP rate of Rs.55/-. The shop keepers are openly saying that margin for the product is too less and if you are interested to buy else no issues. These shop are in Tambaram shanmugam road and another one in Mylapore market. Kindly take immediate action and ensure to sell the product at MRP. Regards Padhu

    Hi, This is to inform you that we are regular user of bisleri water and the last can which we purchased (Rohini, New Delhi) does not have water as per the standards of bisleri. It contains dirt particles which are very visible down the bottom of container. As per the brand we do not even look at the water before drinking, that's the faith we had on Bisleri prior to this. We want quick action on this as we cannot keep this smelly water for long. Could you please look into this.

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that we are regular user of Bisleri water and the last 20Lit can which we purchased in the month of May at Ajmer Sharif Panni Gram Chowk. Does not have water as per the standards of Bisleri. It contains Mosquito which are very visible. As per the brand we do not even look at the water before drinking, that's the faith we had on Bisleri prior to this. For this I had taken the Cell number of your executive Mr. Ravi Cell [protected] from Jaipur and form the month of MAY I am making I call but he is all the time saying that I will come tomorrow, I am in meeting and he also pass the sms for not coming (which are save in my cell) I am coming today, I am on leave. It is almost 4months gone. I want quick action on this as i cannot keep this water for long. Could you please look into this.

    Hi Team, ​The Bisleri Team reverted back with saying that the container is dirty and water is up to the standards of Bisleri. So, can somebody from Bisleri please tell whose responsibility is to check the quality of container.This is not at all acceptable that the container is dirty and so water inside is dirty. Could you please revert back on this.

    I'm jagan from chennai in a months 8 to 9 20l canes of bisleri water canes what im getting smells very badly. then i gave the water for testing they told me water is mixer with some cane cleaning chemicals and chlorine [protected]

      The 20 Ltr Can Water from Bisleri seems to have dirt inside and this is definitely not expected out of Bisleri. This happens to be the second time I have faced this issue within the last couple of months. I have kept the can with dirty water separately and would expect someone from Bisleri to come and check the same. Abhi [protected]

              20 litre bottles have the MFG Date written on the cap neck of the bottle. I recd a bottle on 8th Aug, with mfg date of 5 Oct 13. Whereas the shelf life is of only 6 months. We need to be aware of what we consume.. & also spread this awareness...

              we are purchasing 20 liters water cane from HM mart Dwarka sector 6 New Delhi since last two years, it is observed that the bottles supplied are very dirty and old one and water supplied is not as per standards.               Hello Sir/Madam,

              Ref – 1) HYDAC-India, Aundh-Pune
              2) Bisleri’s Party Code – K03080

              We are facing water quality issue for all the bottles since June 2014. The water is hard (not sweet as it was earlier) and tasted salty. We have also observed white layers/chips in the dispenser bottle.
              We have already complained about the issue in Aug 2014. And then we were told that there would no issue in the next ordered bottle but it did not happen the water still is not good (salty). We doubt the TDS level of the water. Request you to urgently check the quality of the water here in our office of the bottles we have. We work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

              Kindly note if this continues even in next order we will have to look for other options.

              Pls. Register a complaint once again, let us know the complaint number (which was not given last time). Pls. Resolve the issue by Wednesday 24th September 2014.

                Dear Sir, We purchase 20 ltr Bisleri water can from the local dealer M/s Nandan Traders H.O.:- B-XX-3181, Gurdev nagar, sigma scan road, Ludhiana. The can is completely dirty and water in it is not of the Bisleri Standards. Moreover we found small particles in the water along with foul smell. Kindly check the same with your local distributor and resolve the issue as early as possible.                   We are consuming within atleast 3 days.
                  We have seen 4-6 Bisleri cans getting green. 2 we got it replaced from the Bisleri.
                  What is the reason for water turning green?
                  The reasons that Bisleri gives is not satisfactory.

                    I have been a customer for years together and i am purchasing from the local dealer in nammalwarpet, Chennai -600 012. The water tastes awful in this 20 L can alone. Highly unacceptable from a legendary brand like Bisleri. I am finding it hard to trust the brand now.                       Can was smelling as seepage water

                      around 3 cans. While i opened one can yesterday, the can and was smelling as seepage water. The can is completely contaminated and wasnt in a condition to consume with bad smell. Am a consumer for last 1 year with Bisleri, now i feel little scary of this incident, having kids and the kind of risk we take by buying...

                      i bought a 5Ltr water can today...when i drink it i feel like there was some insect previously in water before the water was packed ... i can feel the smell of a insect while drinking... to clear my doubts, , i even changed another glass ... to drink.. i feel the same...

                        Sir, I am a regular user of Bisleri cans for drinking water, residing in Indiranagar in Bangalore. I get the cans from Safa Grocery, near ESI Hospital, in Indiranagar. In a recent can delivered to me, there was a clear manipulation of the label (Inappropriate label, pasted on top of some other label). When I pointed this out to Safa Grocers, they said they could not do anything. On asking for the distributors name, they gave only the name of Star Enterprises, saying that they are not giving any further details. Can you please look into this and let me know how I can be assured of actual Bisleri delivery? Thanks and regards, Paroma Sengupta.

                        The day after I posted this, a sales officer came to see the can, started by saying there is nothing wrong and then tried taking it away and then came the next day to take a photo. And two weeks later, there is only silence...

                        fake product

                        I have got a 20ltr jar delivered for Rs.70 but it neither has any bar code, product no. nor any packaging date and batch no. I think it to be a fake bisleri product. How to ensure and where to complain next?

                          I have purchased a 20 Ltr Bisleri water can from the local dealer at DLF Garden City OMR, Semmenchery, Thalambur Village, Chennai-603103 on 28/5/14 around 3 cans. While i opened one can today, have found white particles inside the can and was smelling as seepage water. The can is completely contaminated and wasnt in a condition to consume with bad smell. Am a consumer for last 18 months with Bisleri, now i feel little scary of this incident, having kids and the kind of risk we take by buying this brand, is it a worth to take such risk. I expect your quality control to get the sample of this water and run a check to justify the complaint, however i have planned to move with the consumer redresal forum to take it forward to register a formal complaint.                                 Sir/Madam I am a regular customer of your product .The delevery boys and executive tried to overcharge from me and when i asked for bill book they bluntly refused and never gave any bill.An eatimate slip was been handed. Mr Gaurav Saxena your sales executive seems to be also a beneficiary to the whole game. When asked to complain they didn't ever responded properly .                                   Complaint Details I Am From 'Ranchi(Jharkhand) & I Use Bisleri Regularly Frm. Previous 8 months And I found Sometimes its Taste very Bitter.When I checked the Tds. Of the Water through TDS Meter it s shown 110 & some time more.Why So"!!! & Addrss given on bottle is local area.

                                  Hi, Ants found in bisleri 200 ml bottle B.n. 190(M6/S6) 02:37:17 packaging date 09 july 2014. There were about 10 to 15 ants in it I am prachi gupta from gandhidham, gujrat Phone number [protected], mail id [protected]@thekirangroup.com
