I purchased a Bisleri water can yesterday afternoon around 3.30 p.m. from Firdoz Milk Bar at Santacruz East Phone no [protected] Today morning, I not6iced the kitchen filled with water and on inspection found that the 20 litre can had a tiny, miniscule hole from where the water was leaking. I called Firdoz Milk Bar and the regular Man who answered the call was rude, said if I had opened the seal, he could not do anything! After insisting he send someone to check the can, he sent the delivery boy, who again repeated what was told to him, without checking the can. I asked for the owners name, he said did not know and literally ran away.I am a regular purchaser of Bisleri from this outlet, and did not expect such service!!
Kindly attend to my complaint immediately and send me a replacement at the earliest. I have the defective water can with me right now. My number is [protected].
