Dear sir, During my visit at chittorgarh i was purchase bisleri 1 litres and 2 litres from different places. These bottles have no batch codes and taste of water is just like ordinary water i.e. not match with bisleri brand. To check the quality i was again purchase 1 litres bottle from udaipur but this bottle is orginal and perfectly match with bisleri taste. I have stayed in hotel Nandan palace Chittorgarh(Rajasthan) and purchase 2 bottels of bisleri and found these bottles are duplicate. I request you to please look into the cases and please depute someone to inspect the market as it includes the brand image of bisleri. Regards, Prakash Yadav

Bisleri International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
During my visit at guwahati @ Hotel Siroy Inn I purchased bisleri 1 litres and 2 litres bottles from hotel itself. These bottles were duplicate. I request you to please look into the cases and please depute someone to inspect the market as it includes the brand image of bisleri. Regards, Saurabh

Supply of dirty water in 90% of all Bisleri Water Cans in Miyapur.

Attention please. All of Miyapur is getting foul smelling and dirty water in three-fourths of Bisleri water cans they are getting from Bisleri whole sale suppliers.
We want GHMC and Miyapur police to track down culprits and do justice to thirsty population of Miyapur.

    We are your consumer at Raipur - Chattisgarh and consume 60 bottle per month... It was that drinking water which you supply to us is dirty and having smell.
    The same have already been ascalated to your dealer but he could not responce. pls look into the matter otherwise we need to look for another option

      Today I bought 3 2L bottles of sealed Bisleri water. In all 2 bottles were small brown particles floating. I can't believe it! I drank half of one of the bottles before I realized it. Will it affect my health? I showed it to the shop keeper and he gave me water of a different brand. Can you explain this? Manufacturing Date: 25.         Poor water quality

        This is inform you that we are using 20ltr jar every day of bisleri water but yesterday jar contain some dirty particles in it as you can see in attach image.

        So i want know that how we can say Bisleri is safe to consume as after seen the particles i am shocked that i am purchasing so expensive water but i didnt know the bisleri quality is lower than local quality.

        Not collecting empty bottles

On complaining him he is saying this is not big problem, we are getting these complains every now and then and asking for replacing the container. Is this acceptable ?

          Have not received the push tap lid and the stand for 20 ltr bisleri bottle.

          I was using this bisleri water bottels at my home in sec 12a, Gugaon for last 1 year and everything was going fine till yesterday but when yesterday I got the 20 liters bisleri mineral water from my water distributer(Mr. Ram Niwas) I totally shocked when I’ve seen uncountable semitransparent particles in that bottle which have got settle when the bottle wasn’t touched by any one. But when we’re shaking that bottle then again those thousands of particle starts moving in the water. It was really a shocking incidence for us we couldn’t explain you that the bottle was so dirty and when we informed to the distributer for the same he said that normally with bisleri these issues occurred. We don’t know from where those particles came but after this incident with us we lost our total trust from this brand. How could you play with the normal people’s lives?? You’re charging such a big amount for that water and still your product is not clean/pure/ hygienic water. I want to file this issue in the consumer court against your company. Still I’ve that water bottle with me at my room. How you people do like this with the consumers???? I need proper justification with the claim for this issue. I’m waiting for your mail with all clarifications.

          It is sad point to note that the popular brands play havoc with peoples life. But, then we must understand that none of be water bottling companies meet the standards required. which was once air in news and also in news paper. It is better we boycott the bottling companies water and heat he water and use it for drinking purpose.             customer care no -[protected] staff is also not helping and told me not to phone to this office
            Mr Dharmendra has not given receipt for 3 jar
            please supply Bisleri in proper way and prompt service

              I am using Bisleri 20 Litre's can from few months. I got one can delivered this week. I was using it for a couple of days figured out tadpoles swimming in the water. I had complained to the Store. One representative from Bisleri visited my place and took the can with the water to send it to lab. He simply mentioned take another can. Its ridiculous to hear such a response. I have the video of the same with tadpoles in the water. Also the rep mentioned its not sure it was in can as it was opened.                 Dear Sir, It is quite surprising that such brand name also involves in compromising the quality. Today, when I open a 500 ml Bisleri bottle (Batch No. 085, MFD: 14.08.2013 from Balasore, Odisha) for use, I found dust particle floating inside. This really surprised me that how could a brand name can supply such low quality water which people blindly believe to drink as completely pure water. please it is my kind request to pay attention to public health and please provide water after ensuring its test results.                     Water is smelling bad, and upsets the health. I checked for the expiry date but its hasn't expired

                    The water has affected our health and its smells bad like rotten fish, even the container of the water smells like fish even after cleaning them.

                    This is repeating for the second time.

                    There is no response from Bisleri customer care, where they gave me Concerned preson Mr.Daniel number to be conatcted in...

                    bisleri water — Batch/manufacturing date

                    Bisleri water ordering of 20 liters of bottle, the date of manufacturing / batch number is always printed in smudge form on the sealed cap.

                    besides, the bottle are seems to be too old which should be recycled accordingly.

                      We bought 20 Bisleri water bottle. after 2-3 days we found white algage like slimy substance in the water. When we complained it to the shopkeeper he said our dispenser was dirty. My question is dispenser contains has no other water other than Bisleri. So even if I dont wash the dispenser for 5-6 days where does those dirty foreign particles come from? This is really frustrating that in a Silicon Valley like Bangalore we dont have good drinking water. When we bought the same dispenser from the same shopkeeper and also the Bislery can we never got any instructions. The plastic bottle itself looks old and torned out. Its so unsafe to drink that water now.And now I observe that if you keep the water for 4 days or more white substance gets diposited in your dispenser. What is that and consumer should know about it.

                      I Purchased bottle of Bisleri Bottle from shop nearby, The water in the bottle was like "gatar ka paani". it smelled awful.
                      Please take action aqainst this negligence by bisleri.

                      I purchased a one ltr water bottle and it was having dirty water. I have not opened the seal of the bottle till now. Its still there with me. I want to file a complaint against the company for playing with the health of the general public. Just wanted you people to know it before i do anything of that sort. I

                        I bought a 1 letre water bottle from balraj general shop in A-block back side middle circle, Connaught place.Sir i am very sure that this guy is involved in piracy and he fills your empty bottles and sell them from his shop. Whenever i take bottles from him, there is always a bad taste difference. I suggest you to raid his shop or atleast send a random person to buy a bottle from him. Sir he or the guy who is supplying him the bottles is tampering your reputation.. Kindly look into this very seriously.

                          I ordered for bisleri water can of 20 litre on 12th of June and found the water is having curd like white layers inside. When I asked the shop keeper in Shri Sai Baba Enterprise he had taken the complaint via no# 23954... & also gave us another Bisleri of 20liters but still we faced the same issue.

                          bisleri water — Contaminated water

                          I use Bislery 20L water bottles. Last week I noticed some suspended material in the bottles. I told this to the shopkeepers from whom I purchase the bottles. He refused to do anything about this and said "if you like it then buy from us else dont. cannot do anything about this."

                          I tries other shops in the market and found that all of them are selling same contaminated water packaged in Bislery bottles. Fooling customers of nearby region.

                          Kindly take an action/enquiry against thes people who are playing with health and money of innocent people who are getting contaminated water for drinking by paying hefty Rs 70 per 20 L.

                          I still have an unopened bottle with mud in it with me.

                          The incident is from Sector 23 Market in Gurgaon.

                          Bisleri — No supply of Bisleri 20 Liter can

                          We do not see regular supply of Bislari Can's in Bannerghatta road B'lore. We suffer a lot due to this irregularity of supply. Can some body look into this matter at the earliest.

                          I have been using packaged drinking water by Bisleri International Private Limited. The water supplied to us is impure and we have found worms in it.

                          When given a complaint to the quality department (Bisleri) no appropriate action is taken. Therefore iam filing a complaint in this forum.
                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I have been drinking bisleri packaged drinking water for last 2 years. Recently i relocated myself at Sarai Julena Colony opposite Escort hospitals. The bisleri water(20liters) i get from the shops at sarai jullena either was contaminated with Wax, mud or it has unpleasant taste or the cap opens easily.
                          When complained to the bisleri customer care, the lady told me that she can't help if i don't provide her the number and name of the particular shop.
                          However, my complaint was regarding every shop at Sarai jullena. All of them have same distributor.
                          Kindly take strict action against the distributor of packaged drinking water especially bisleri labelled at sarai jullena, opposite escort heart hospital, okhla road new delhi-110025 as early as possible.

                              We have been using packaged drinking water manufactured by Bisleri International Private Limited. Recently the company has changed their bottles (20 liters) and after this change the taste of water is not prpoper and a very bad smell is coming from it.

                              I have been using packaged drinking water manufactured by Bisleri International Private Limited. The water which is being supplied is contaminated with insects and other foreign particles.

                              When I tried to find out customer care or consumer complaints forum/contact on Bisleri there is no options on their web site, so finally i am lodging my complaint in thhis forum.

                              Bisleri — Datta distributors not responsive

                              Require a tap for my 20 ltr Bisleri. even after repeated requests am not getting it.
                              the distributor is Datta Enterprises in sanpada.

                              Bisleri — Bisleri Water Contaminated

                              The 20 Litre packaged Bisleri water carton was contaminated.
                              The water has foul smell and the color is also dark.
                              I also faced the same problem.
                              what action was taken from your side and what was company's reaction to this ?
                              I found similar issue with Aquafina and stopped using it .. Shifted to Bailley, its much better …

                              All shops at vaibhavnagar bus depo charges 4 rs. xtra for besleri bottle as giving the reason of freezing charges. but if asked for local brand like billori they charge only 1 rs xtra. how the freezing charge differ by 3rs for the same bottles of equal volume.

                              After ordering the 20ltr Bisleri jar and using it, the company is not picking up the jar inspite of their policy to do so within 3 working days. Repeated attempts to get the issue resolved at the company's customer care level have not yielded any results.

                              Bisleri — Overpriced for 20 L water bottles

                              The shopkeepers in Hiranandani Powai are are charging 90 Rs for a 20 L bottle of water where the MRP of the same is only 70 Rs. All shopkeepers in the area are charging this amount.
                              I am not sure why Rs 20 extra is being charged.
                              go for other brand.
                              I have been using bisleri 20 lt bottles for 2 years now. the last two bottles were bad. one was smelly and now in the current bottle there seems to be yellow elongated structures which look like tiny worms. i have preserved this bottle. what is the course of action here. who shoul;d we compalin to ??

                              This Rakesh Dalvi, I had taken 20 liters BIsleri water package from my local Milk center. After checking the container I found that there was plastic particles in the container. I informed the shop from where I had purchased the package. He advised me to give a written complain. He also changed the package. However, to my grief, the other container also contained plastic particles.

                              On informing the shop keeper and also giving him the complain letter. There has no action taken by the Bisleri authorities.
                              Kindly help and suggest.

                              It's not reliable. TDS is Very High.Local plant is failure.so many fakes bottles available in marmarket.

                              Bisleri — 20 ltr bisleri water bottle

                              We have been ordering the 20 ltr bisleri bottle for our home use, however time and again we have been complaining to our local shop vendor regarding quality of water.
                              Today was the worst of all, there were Ants floating in the water.
                              This is the most horrific experience and my trust on Bisleri is really low now.
