Dear Sir, We purchase 20 ltr Bisleri water can from the local dealer M/s Nandan Traders H.O.:- B-XX-3181, Gurdev nagar, sigma scan road, Ludhiana. The can is completely dirty and water in it is not of the Bisleri Standards. Moreover we found small particles in the water along with foul smell. Kindly check the same with your local distributor and resolve the issue as early as possible.     Hello,

    We are consuming within atleast 3 days.
    We have seen 4-6 Bisleri cans getting green. 2 we got it replaced from the Bisleri.
    What is the reason for water turning green?
    The reasons that Bisleri gives is not satisfactory.

      I have been a customer for years together and i am purchasing from the local dealer in nammalwarpet, Chennai -600 012. The water tastes awful in this 20 L can alone. Highly unacceptable from a legendary brand like Bisleri. I am finding it hard to trust the brand now. If i need tap water, i can drink it from my house, why do I need to pay 70 rupees for drinking tap water under the brand of Bisleri? I request immediate action.         i bought a 5Ltr water can today...when i drink it i feel like there was some insect previously in water before the water was packed ... i can feel the smell of a insect while drinking... to clear my doubts, , i even changed another glass ... to drink.. i feel the same...
        snesation of vomitings...
        so how do i get justice.. or who is responsible for this
        is there someone who can come and inspect this...?

          Sir, I am a regular user of Bisleri cans for drinking water, residing in Indiranagar in Bangalore. I get the cans from Safa Grocery, near ESI Hospital, in Indiranagar. In a recent can delivered to me, there was a clear manipulation of the label (Inappropriate label, pasted on top of some other label). When I pointed this out to Safa Grocers, they said they could not do anything. On asking for the distributors name, they gave only the name of Star Enterprises, saying that they are not giving any further details. Can you please look into this and let me know how I can be assured of actual Bisleri delivery? Thanks and regards, Paroma Sengupta.

          The day after I posted this, a sales officer came to see the can, started by saying there is nothing wrong and then tried taking it away and then came the next day to take a photo. And two weeks later, there is only silence...

          fake product

          I have got a 20ltr jar delivered for Rs.70 but it neither has any bar code, product no. nor any packaging date and batch no. I think it to be a fake bisleri product. How to ensure and where to complain next?

            I have purchased a 20 Ltr Bisleri water can from the local dealer at DLF Garden City OMR, Semmenchery, Thalambur Village, Chennai-603103 on 28/5/14 around 3 cans. While i opened one can today, have found white particles inside the can and was smelling as seepage water. The can is completely contaminated and wasnt in a condition to consume with bad smell. Am a consumer for last 18 months with Bisleri, now i feel little scary of this incident, having kids and the kind of risk we take by buying this brand, is it a worth to take such risk. I expect your quality control to get the sample of this water and run a check to justify the complaint, however i have planned to move with the consumer redresal forum to take it forward to register a formal complaint.                 I am a regular consumer of Bisleri water & approximately buy 15 jars of 20liters every month.I had also complained earlier for foul smell but nobody bothered to pay heed to my complaints & this time I was hell shocked to see fungus like contents in 5 liter jar which is available for physical verification with me.

                  Sir/Madam I am a regular customer of your product .The delevery boys and executive tried to overcharge from me and when i asked for bill book they bluntly refused and never gave any bill.An eatimate slip was been handed. Mr Gaurav Saxena your sales executive seems to be also a beneficiary to the whole game. When asked to complain they didn't ever responded properly .                       Dear sir, During my visit at chittorgarh i was purchase bisleri 1 litres and 2 litres from different places. These bottles have no batch codes and taste of water is just like ordinary water i.e. not match with bisleri brand. To check the quality i was again purchase 1 litres bottle from udaipur but this bottle is orginal and perfectly match with bisleri taste. I have stayed in hotel Nandan palace Chittorgarh(Rajasthan) and purchase 2 bottels of bisleri and found these bottles are duplicate.                       Supply of dirty water in 90% of all Bisleri Water Cans in Miyapur.

                      Attention please. All of Miyapur is getting foul smelling and dirty water in three-fourths of Bisleri water cans they are getting from Bisleri whole sale suppliers.
                      We want GHMC and Miyapur police to track down culprits and do justice to thirsty population of Miyapur.

                                I was using this bisleri water bottels at my home in sec 12a, Gugaon for last 1 year and everything was going fine till yesterday but when yesterday I got the 20 liters bisleri mineral water from my water distributer(Mr. Ram Niwas) I totally shocked when I’ve seen uncountable semitransparent particles in that bottle which have got settle when the bottle wasn’t touched by any one. But when we’re shaking that bottle then again those thousands of particle starts moving in the water. It was really a shocking incidence for us we couldn’t explain you that the bottle was so dirty and when we informed to the distributer for the same he said that normally with bisleri these issues occurred. We don’t know from where those particles came but after this incident with us we lost our total trust from this brand. How could you play with the normal people’s lives?? You’re charging such a big amount for that water and still your product is not clean/pure/ hygienic water. I want to file this issue in the consumer court against your company. Still I’ve that water bottle with me at my room. How you people do like this with the consumers???? I need proper justification with the claim for this issue. I’m waiting for your mail with all clarifications.

                                It is sad point to note that the popular brands play havoc with peoples life. But, then we must understand that none of be water bottling companies meet the standards required. which was once air in news and also in news paper. It is better we boycott the bottling companies water and heat he water and use it for drinking purpose.                                     I am using Bisleri 20 Litre's can from few months. I got one can delivered this week. I was using it for a couple of days figured out tadpoles swimming in the water. I had complained to the Store. One representative from Bisleri visited my place and took the can with the water to send it to lab. He simply mentioned take another can. Its ridiculous to hear such a response. I have the video of the same with tadpoles in the water. Also the rep mentioned its not sure it was in can as it was opened. Does it mean everytime i have to inspect the can and buy?                                       Dear Sir, It is quite surprising that such brand name also involves in compromising the quality. Today, when I open a 500 ml Bisleri bottle (Batch No. 085, MFD: 14.08.2013 from Balasore, Odisha) for use, I found dust particle floating inside. This really surprised me that how could a brand name can supply such low quality water which people blindly believe to drink as completely pure water. please it is my kind request to pay attention to public health and please provide water after ensuring its test results.                                         DEAR SIR/MAM, I BUY 12 BOTTLES OF BISLERI CO ON DATED 17/7/2013 FOR SOME VIP EVENT IN UNIVERSITY OF BAREILLY
                                        WHEN I OPEN ONE BOTTLES FROM CASE(BOX) I SAW THEIR ARE VERY BAD PARTICLE IN BOTTLES AND GOT MUDDINESS AND DIRTINESS IN THE BOTTLES OF BISLERI CO.
                                        ONE BOTTLES HAS BEEN USED OF MY SON THEN HE GO IT STOMACH PROBLEMS AND SAME MY SON ADMITTED IN THE HOSPITAL. WHEN I CONTACT TO THE CO CUSTOMER CARE [protected] BUT THIS NO IS NOT WORKING AND NO ANY RESPONSE FROM THE CO TILL DATE I THINK THIS CO NOT SERIOUS ABOUT HIS BRAND AND ALSO CUSTOMER,THEN I SEND E MAIL TO THE CO MAIL ADDRESS THEN PERSON CAME TO BAREILLY AND CONTACT TO ME AND TOLD ME THAT THIS IS VERY NORMAL FOR ME AND MY CO.HE TOLD ME THAT HE SAW LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM BISLERI LIKE SPIDER AND COCKROACH IN
                                        BOTTLES LIKE EVERYDAY.THEN I DOUBT QUALITY ABOUT BISLERI CO STILL WE ARE NOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THE BISLERI.
