Complaint

I ordered pickup request of 4 empty jars (2 separate order of 2 jars each) via order no. BOTDB-062KO-2586229 dated 03.05.2023 & BOTDB-062KO-2602709 dated 06.05.2023. The empty jars caution deposit was paid at rate of 150 each during initial purchase. I reminded Bisleri many times after placing the order to pickup but till date pickup has not been done. Now I am going to left my rented room and empty jars pickup will not possible. This case...

I ordered pickup request of 4 empty jars (2 separate order of 2 jars each) via order no. BOTDB-062KO-2586229 dated 03.05.2023 & BOTDB-062KO-2602709 dated 06.05.2023. The empty jars caution deposit was paid at rate of 150 each during initial purchase. I reminded Bisleri many times after placing the order to pickup but till date pickup has not been done. Now I am going to left my rented room and empty jars pickup will not possible. This case was already told to the Bisleri that I reside in rented room after I left pickup is not possible. The orders are showing out for pickup from 03rd May & 06th May but till now they are on the way. As I waited for pickup for more than 10 days. Now I need the refund and also extra amount as fine for not serving properly by Bisleri.

    I have paid the full subscription for a month for 20L water can supply.
    The agency does not supply water on the registered date. They do it as and when they like.
    I have raised multiple complaints with bisleri in this regard.
    But no solution has been received.
    This happens everything.

      Fraud: Not delivering bottles after receiving payment

      Writing this complaint to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Bisleri. This is my fourth order with Bisleri, and I am extremely disappointed to say that I am facing the same issue again. The bottles that I ordered three days ago have still not been delivered, despite numerous assurances from Bisleri's customer care team.

        I have placed an order of 2 20L cans on 8th May 2023 which was supposed to be delivered on 9th May. Previously my order was delivered after 4 days. I don't know how many days it will take this time for them to deliver. Even after raising a complaint, these people are not delivering the order on time for even one time? This is simple ignorance and irresponsibility of administration. I have even contacted the customer support team to remind them of my order. Today, I have even contacted the delivery and he spoke to me in a rude manner saying that it was my mistake for not contacting them. This has happened for the past few orders too. The management don't even feel responsible and I don't need to mention that they don't even have a slight concern about the customer review and satisfaction.

          Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Bisleri. I had placed an order for two bottles of Bisleri 20 litres (BSLRE-016-[protected] on 29th April 2023, with a delivery date of 1st May 2023. However, it is now 2nd May 2023, and the bottles have not yet been delivered.

          This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with Bisleri. In my previous order, I had to face multiple days of delay in delivery, causing a lot of inconvenience and frustration. Despite sending multiple emails and calling customer care several times, I had to follow up repeatedly to get the delivery done. This time also they have alloted the same supplier YUD enterprises (Mukesh Kumar [protected]) and thr customer care executives have same old reply : apologies followed by we will talk to senior management, bottles will be delivered today only etc etc...but all are just false promises.

          The current delay has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Bisleri. It is unacceptable that I have to spend so much time and effort following up on each order and sending multiple emails to get a simple delivery done.

          Hope to receive a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

            I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order of two bottles of Bisleri 20 litres (BOTDB-016DE[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 18th April 2023. Unfortunately, the delivery was unsuccessful, and I was informed that the bottles would be delivered on 19th April 2023. However, despite my request to ensure the delivery on the 19th, the delivery was once again unsuccessful. This situation resulted in a lot of inconvenience and time wasted on my part.

            After speaking with the customer care executives, I was given the contact number of the supplier (Mukesh Kumar: [protected]) and was assured that the delivery would be made. However, I found that the supplier was uncooperative and kept providing false information. Even after repeated attempts to reach out to Mukesh, he did not provide the contact number of the delivery agent, and the delivery was rescheduled to 20th April 2023.

            On the 20th of April 2023, I called customer care once again and was assured that the bottles would be delivered in 1.5 to 2 hours. However, even after waiting for around 3 hours, I did not receive the bottles. Mukesh once again provided false information about the delivery agent, and even after trying to reach out to him several times, he avoided picking up my calls. The delivery was finally rescheduled to the next day (21st April 2023).

            This kind of attitude and service is not acceptable from a company like Bisleri. The entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and regretful of ordering from your company. It is frustrating to spend so much time and effort trying to get a simple order delivered, only to be faced with stubbornness and false promises.

            I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

                Today i.e[protected] i have visited a bisleri 20lt water can unit distibutor named THIRMULA BEVERGES, INDIRA NAGAR, KHAMMAM.507002. PH.NO[protected]. When i have visited the unit when i tried to exchange water can there the staff denied to exchange with good can and in the process they started talking very rudely with me asking me who are you? are you a son of mla or mp why should i give respect to you and judged me by my looks and told you are not looking like a customer and told that you are like a road side guy why should i give repect to you.

                kindy take necessary action on the distributor as it is my second time this kind of experience with the same distributor and educate them to talk with the customers in proper manner.if possible change or replace the staff or distributor.

                    Empty Jars are not pickup for 2 months and Jars deposit amount not refunded

                    Empty Jar Pickup Order raised in Jan and Feb but still Bisleri didn't send anyone to pickup the Jar.

                    Frequently i'm getting messages from Bisleri that Empty Jar pickup rescheduled as Jars are not available.

                    When no one from Bisleri came for collection of Jars how Bisleri is placing this as a reason.

                      I Manish Gurjar, resident Mukherjee nagar, Delhi want to bring this issue o[censored]tmost importance into your cognizance. I have orders bisleri water bottle of 20 litres from a new local retailer nearby and I found that the taste is different from earlier used to be and same as tap water. I enquired to him but refused to accept anything. So as Bisleri is the brand synonyms to mineral water in country it's matter of grave concern that he is using bottles of bisleri to sell tap water. It's not question of me or some other customers of him but it's matter of image and brand value of Bisleri and it's business ethics itself. So please take some action earliest. Thanking you

                        My order number is ORDER # BOTDB-008MU-2179583
                        order 3 jars of 20/- liter each on[protected]

                        and was informed every day by the call center / Delivery Partner that will reach the next day.

                        One fine day on[protected] finds the order is canceled without any information nor any refund.

                        calling the call center is a vague and the sales person of Bisleri now has stopped receiving calls also.

                        After complaints Bisleri took 5-6 days to deliver the Bottels to us. The only suggestion for Buyers for Bileri online is never to pay the advance payment and tend to opt for cash on delivery. Since Bisleri has a mechanism of "press the nose to open the mouth." Bisleri do not have any simple way to hear any complaint. Thanks, My Complaint is resolved, Team for all your efforts.

I wrote an email to customer care and I was promised that the delivery will happen by end of day but the reality is again delivery rescheduled. I really do not understand why company is not taking any action on it. With this kind of poor service I lost trust in bisleri and not even thinking to refer to someone.

                              4 of my empty 20 L cans of bisleri have not been collected and refund of deposit not received. While delivering, the delivery guy from bisleri had asked to credit the deposit amount to his personal account, to which I called bisleri customer care and they asked me to do so.. and now he is refusing to refund the deposit amount and not collecting empty 20 L cans.
                              Despite repeated calls to bisleri customer care no steps have been taken to collect the empty cans.

                              Bought 4 20L cans of bisleri a while back from bisleri.com under the same contact number.
                              Refund my deposit amount ASAP.

                                Pickup order BOTSA-003HY-2050595, Empty Jars were picked up by Rakesh [protected] on 8th feb 2023 and he never updated the same in the system since then it is getting rescheduled. I have sent 4-5 emails to [protected]@bisleri and i think bisleri doesn’t care. Your agents has called me two times and said it will be solved and nothing happens. I need my money now it has been weeks now. So much fraud and drama for 360rs? You can do better Bisleri.

                                  I bought Autometic dispensor from Bissleri but found that it was not working and immediatly complaint to Bissleri and after follow up they arrange to pick up old product but from last 30 days i did nit receive reolacement product from Bissleri instead of regular follow up, even i have given them dunning notice on email
