Hi,
Since last 3 days Iam pending to receive delivery of 2 bottler of Bisleri 20L and the local supplier keeps rejecting my calls.
We have been without water for over 6 hours and this is such a pathetic customer service from Bisleri.
Complaint number[protected] is also raised, however to no avail.
Attached is the message that the supplier keeps sending and delaying the dates on its own.

Same thing gets repeated now the 4th day and I get delay in deliver message and the arrogant local supplier has told me to do whatever I can as he is not ready delivery and has sweared me of consequences.
Just pathetic from the Bisleri company and the way they are managing consumer issues with no response since the last 4 days.
The judicial and govt authorities should teach them a good lesson on managing consumers.

    Bialeri india has collected money for 1 month delivery (4 times in a month) how we nowhere deliver the items or delays by 2 days. I would like to raise this concern to compensate additional water payment done due to delayed services

        Order no BSLRE-071-[protected], This is to inform you that yesterday i, e on 08-10-23 i have ordered 2 20L bisleri waters and it is 09-10-23, 20.55 pm, still i have not received the bottles. Water should be delivered immediately as it is necessary to drink. If the bottles are not delivered at the earliest, i shall go further against you.

            I have received a Water dispenser and was found faulty on the second day when used.

            and complaint is logged by mail as well on voice to the call center

            yet the product is not replaced.

              This is regarding the poor customer service I have experienced of Bisleri. On August 5th, I submitted a request for the collection of my empty jars. However, there was no action taken until August 15th. When I contacted customer support, they assured me that the matter would be addressed promptly. Yet, starting from August 16th, I have been receiving daily morning messages confirming the pickup of the jars, only to receive messages in the evening stating that pickup is not possible and the reason they give while cancelling the pickup is (user not found/user is not available/user not picking up the call) though I have not received even a single call regarding the pickup of jars.

              I am extremely frustrated with this behavior from Bisleri's service provider. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with customer service, I have not been provided with a resolution. It seems that they assume people have no other responsibilities but to continuously contact them for the pickup of empty jars.

              I have no choice but to escalate the issue to the company's higher Authorities. This is undoubtedly the worst customer experience I have ever encountered with any company. I have no intention of making future orders with a business that delivers such careless services to the customers who play a crucial role in supporting their operations.

              inspite of numbers of emails, not getting even a single call from their support or not even a single reply regarding the issue.
              and when i try to call support team, they always assures me this will be done ASAP, this day that day, but that day is not coming from last 1 Month.

              Please help me returning these empty jars and getting my security deposits back. Its a humble request ..

              Today also i call the support, they said it will be done today, though till now also i have not received any message regarding the pickup of the jars.

              I have raised a request for a total of 9 cans..

                      After a total of 9 calls, multiple escalations via the call center and waiting for 6 days, I still do not have my order.

                      Order ID: BOTSA-001BA-3154708

                      27/07/2023 (Thursday) - I placed the order at 1:54 pm.

                      28/07/2023 (Friday) - I get a message saying order is out for delivery at 8:44 am.

                      28/07/2023 (Friday) - I get a message saying my order HAS BEEN delivered at 10:24 pm. I messaged the delivery guy asking why did I get that message and he said "By mistake, I'm coming tomorrow morning".

                      29/07/2023 (Saturday) - I waited until afternoon and messaged him at 4:18 pm asking when will he deliver and he said "After 6". I waited and messaged him "Where are you?" to which I got no replies. I even tried calling but no response.

                      30/07/2023 (Sunday) - I did nothing as it's a holiday.

                      31/07/2023 (Monday) - I called the customer care like 5-6 times speaking with different agents and everyone just giving false promise of delivering my order as soon as possible and the last agent giving me assurance that it will be delivered the next day by morning, guess what happened? Nothing.

                      01/08/2023 (Tuesday) -
                      I called the customer care again the agent took the contractor on conference call giving me the confirmation that the ordered will be delivered in 1 HOUR. Nothing happened.

                      I called again after 2 hours and this time requested to speak with someone senior, the agent confirmed that I will get a call back in 10 minutes because no supervisor were available. No calls.

                      I called again after 40-50 minutes and the agent got me connected to a floor manager who told me they will try their best to deliver it as soon as possible. I told him to at least offer some kind of compensation (maybe a gallon? whatever) so I can at least don't mind waiting, he said he will check, then transferred my call back to the agent who informed me that no compensation can be given and that please wait for the delivery until tomorrow. And when I asked her to transfer me back to the floor supervisor, she placed me on hold and disconnected the call. I understand this could be due to a technical issue but the agent never called me back.

                      I called again after sometime this time asking the agent to also raise a complaint against previous 2 agents, this agent told me he will check and placed me on hold. After resuming, he told me the call disconnection might be due to a technical issue and said he will highlight this to the manager. I told him to directly get me connected with the manager but he said there are no supervisor were available and he will arrange a call back by maximum 7 pm. No calls yet.

                        My orders are not delivered on time. Bisleri promises to deliver order in next day of ordered date but my orders mostly delivered after a week or more.
                        I ordered two Bisleri Cans of 20 litres each on 25th July 2023 but my orders are still not delivered. Instead Bisleri has sent me an email few minutes ago mentioning my order is delivered. Please help in resolving these issues of delayed delivery and not delivering product and sending FAKE emails about delivery confirmation email. Thanks

                          It's been two months, I m waiting for my security amount to be refunded. Bisleri has got worse service. They never listen and care about customers. I have called them and email them more than 20 times. Still they have not paid my security amount and have not taken the empty bottles. They are shameless.

                            I had ordered water online through Bisleri website and didn’t receive the water cans for 3 days. At the end of the 3rd day, I called the agency directly to check when the water will be delivered. He said I am paying a discounted fee online and started complaining. I told him he has to speak to Bisleri regarding his business concerns and I pay as per the website’s charges. He said then I won’t get the water. He has been supplying water for close to a year and I was surprised to hear this response from him. I called Bisleri customer service and narrated the incident and asked when I will receive the water cans. Bisleri suggested to cancel the order and they refunded the money. When I asked if I will face the same problem again they asked me to try again and said they will be bringing this to the Area Sales Manager’s attention. I placed the next order few days later and I am having to follow-up several times to know if I will get the water or not. Again it has been 3 full days and I have not received the water. The Bisleri customer service person placed a 3 way call with the area sales person who otherwise doesn’t respond to calls or messages. He said the water will be delivered today but there was no delivery. I am at the mercy of this rude agent who chooses to use me as a decoy to get his way with Bisleri. He hopes I will tire out and stop ordering Bisleri online since I am perhaps a very small customer and it is a hassle for him to deliver water to me.

                              I have been following up with Bisleri for Empty Can pick-up and Refund of deposit amount for past 30 days.

                              During latest call with Area Manager - Chennai of Bisleri, confirmed that it will be picked up by previous week, also shared agency name (Veera Agency-Chennai) for contact.

                              I tried to call him and requested agency for pick-up, he said that will be busy on saturday & sunday and it will be done on Monday (26th Jun 2023) or Tuesday (27th Jun 2023).

                              When called him on 27th June, his tone and language spoken is very disrespectful and also informed me that there important thing is supply rather than collection of empty cans.

                              Veera Agency, way they behaved and un-ethical/un-professional way of talk during my phone call.

                              Bisleri / Veera Agency should ask for apologies for disrespectful talk with customer also refund my deposit money ASAP.

                                I am writing of a matter which I am confident will be of interest to you.
                                On Saturday (17/06/2023), I placed an order of two 20 Liters water Jar. Having been promised by Bisleri standards expected delivery on Monday (19/06/2023). I am upset that my order is not yet delivered, even after making a number of calls to your staffs who were unable to help me or provide me with an updated delivery date and time, rather than that two-customer care executive and one Senior person from Bisleri only fooled me to their best possible extent.
                                I would like to know that I had foreseen the possibility of continuing with Bisleri in future. Unfortunately, however, that will not happen if I am to expect this type of service from a brand like Bisleri. Surely, and I believe my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear and noticed.

                                I am a Registered Senior Citizen of 75 years and suffering from Back Pain. I requested the delivery boy to place the consignment of 3 Nos. 20 Ltr Jars in my balcony and pick up empty bottles from there. He refused my pleading and left the heavy bottles at the entrance door. Ultimately, I had to disturb my neighbors and take help from them.

                                Though I am a subscriber since last two years, I have found so far every delivery person sincere and good mannered. But the young boy in question is very young, probably, the young blood in him have made him behave like that.

                                For me it is a serious matter. Please do not send him any further for delivery in our area or to my flat. If he comes, next time with the same behavior, I will not take delivery from him, which please note.

                                  ORDER # BOTDB-047CH-2861200 booked on June 14th 2023 and the deliver of 20Litre cans of water not completed on June 20th. Delivery executive keeps dodging for a week to delivery after the customer pays the price upfront.

                                    I had ordered 40 litres of water. Online payment of 450rs was made on 03 jun 2023. The committed date of water supply was 04 jun 2023. Today it is 07 th June and still drinking water is not supplied. I am calling the customer care and they are unresponsive. An agent called Aliyah was too rude to us in phone call. She is showing anger to my wife. I request to refund my money. I told customer care they are saying as system down. Disappointing service.. If bisleri could not supply water on time why they give false promise as next day.

                                      I ordered pickup request of 4 empty jars (2 separate order of 2 jars each) via order no. BOTDB-062KO-2586229 dated 03.05.2023 & BOTDB-062KO-2602709 dated 06.05.2023. The empty jars caution deposit was paid at rate of 150 each during initial purchase. I reminded Bisleri many times after placing the order to pickup but till date pickup has not been done. Now I am going to left my rented room and empty jars pickup will not possible. This case was already told to the Bisleri that I reside in rented room after I left pickup is not possible. The orders are showing out for pickup from 03rd May & 06th May but till now they are on the way. As I waited for pickup for more than 10 days. Now I need the refund and also extra amount as fine for not serving properly by Bisleri.

                                        I have paid the full subscription for a month for 20L water can supply.
                                        The agency does not supply water on the registered date. They do it as and when they like.
                                        I have raised multiple complaints with bisleri in this regard.
                                        But no solution has been received.
                                        This happens everything.
