Please find my order details below. I placed the order on 15th Aug. As per your policy it was supposed to get delivered by 16th 8 PM. Everyday the delivery person says the same thing that they will deliver it tomorrow.

Could you please cancel my order and refund my money asap. Otherwise I will have to escalate this further to consumer forum.

Even customer care disconnect the call, when I complain. I really had a terrible experience with you. Hope not to deal further with you in future.

    UNS EduTech is holding a paid subscription with According to the Subscription plan, 5 water cans must be delivered every friday. Bisleri. the water can delivery of August 12th 2022 is not yet delivered. this not the first time this incident is happening. they are repeating it again again. the customer care response is very poor with a very very log wait time no solution . we have paid for a product and we are now without water.

      I’ve placed an order for my water bottles on Thursday around 11 Am. It’s Saturday today and they’re not picking calls. If I try to call customer care, nobody picks up! If I write an email, no response.. very irresponsible services. Water is so important how can they delay!? My money gets wasted because if I’m in urgent need of water and it doesn’t come on time

        Sometimes plain plastic can is delivered, which does not have bisleri embossed on it, please ask delivery person to deliver only green cans

          I have subscribed for monthly delivery of 20 ltr Can after confirming with Ms. Sonali Shinde of Bisleri if they provide services in my location & placed the order vide no. #BSLRE-047-[protected] on 1st August’22 & opted for every Wednesday deliveries, accordingly the first delivery should happen on 3rd Aug’22.

          My struggle started the moment I received the below message on 3rd late evening as the delivery not happened & tried to contact the given phone no. multiple times but no reply:
          “Dear Pranjal Kakati, Your Bisleri order no.BSLRE-047CH-1229613 is out for delivery and will be serviced by delivery agent H K Data Services with mobile number [protected]”

          Failed to contact the delivery guy, I have been writing/calling to Bisleri several times but failed with all the option & thus opted to contact Bisleri on social platform.

          Just an advise if Bisleri is not capable to handling customers, failed in their supply chain & logistics; why should customer face these problem? Is “subscription” is a scam to collect public money?

          Enough of Bisleri water; I need my money Rs. 1207/- back asap.

            Bisleri not refunding deposit money of 2 cans

            I called bisleri helpdesk no. and asked them to send someone to pick up 2 empty cans and refund the deposit I had paid. I placed the request on 14th April and called them 4 to 5 times till now requesting an update on the status but still nobody turned up to pick up the cans and refund the deposit. It has been 4 months now.

            The customer support agent would keep on telling that someone would turn up within 48 hours, whenever...

            I ordered bisleri on 26th July but still I haven't received it. I have raised complaints 3 times but didn't get any response. Today at 5 pm I got a call from this number [protected] for a location. I shared the location but no one came. Later I called the same number but that person was talking to me rudely.

              I have not received the refund even after 3 months from the termination of my subscrition. I have made many request through customer care and online(ORDER # BSLRE-047CH-904365). Bisleri has not picked up the water can(20 ltr) and has not refunded Rs 300(security payment for 2 cans).

              I do not know what has happened but the customer care agent was repeatedly calling for every 3 days for around 1 month and at last one day Bisleri agent picked up the can. Also refunded the cation deposit for 2 CANs. I am wondering such a big company like Bisleri lacks in governance to address the refund. Atlast, i feel that this is not a right way to treat a customer for getting refund.

              Every time I receive a mail stating 'Your pickup is Scheduled' and I think this is an ironical statement to fool me. I am done of this nuisance. I receive msg and no one even call to to pick the can that is kept at my home.
              Almost a month ago I requested for can pickup.

                I am running supermarket .Bisleri supplier supply all type of water from your products weekly once. Now the supplier not picking my calls. Order also not deliverable...
                I have 20 to 25 customer daily water supply for 20lit Bisleri can... Now the customers torched me... What I do???

                  I purchase Bisleri 20 ltrs water cans every week... But 2 times I got water with dirty smell... Whenever I complaint about it to shop owner they said once you broke the bottle seal we can't take it back...

                    This is regarding the pickup order and second return order of empty water Bisleri cans.

                    1) BSLRE-003HY-1152915

                    2) BSLRE-003HY[protected]

                    As per your own policy the deposit will be returned within 48 hrs including of account closure.
                    Why has the deposit not been returned but canceled without my knowledge and even after raising new request of return empty jars there is no response or pick up...

                    I made a subscription of bisleri 20 litre water jars on 30th April, 2022.
                    Since then, only 4 orders have been delivered out of 26 orders.
                    I have raised numerous complaints with the customer care and the supplier, but the water delivery is not being resumed.

                      I placed an order with Bisleri to deliver 5 ltr water jars. The order was placed on Thu and it was to be delivered on Friday. Since then I have called their customer care number twice and quite casually I am given another time by when it will be delivered. The vendor, VRISHTI BEVERAGESS PVT LTD who is suppose to deliver neither receives calls nor calls back. Bisleri customer service is closed on Sunday!! I guess no one drinks or required water on Sundays but I have emailed them too. Seems like a total mismanagement or some sort of fraud by such a huge brand. I have made the payment and hence all the follow ups. Hope by complaining on this forum, the water gets delivered unadulterated!!!

                        Sub: Irregularity/Delay in Delivery of Water Bottle.
                        Ref: Order No. BSLRE-019NO-1058040

                        I undersigned wanted to bring into your notice the following difficulties being faced by me after unfortunately ordering to Bisleri:

                        I ordered 12-week x 3 bottles vide Order No. BSLRE-019-[protected][protected] dated 27/06/2022.
                        1. I set a schedule of delivery on coming Tuesday i.e.[protected]. 1st delivery was not done on[protected] by Bisleri.

                        2. 2nd delivery was due[protected], again missing, no delivery done. I raised the issue vide Ticket No:[protected] - No response?

                        3. Again, after many calls to customer care and the supply vendor (Mobile number given by customer care) 4 bottles delivered on the night of[protected] without any OTP etc and 4 empty bottles returned back.

                        4. Same story repeated on 3rd delivery due on[protected]. No delivery done. Again, I called customer care, she talked with the vendor in a conf call with me. Result is a big zero, no delivery done yet.
                        5. After many reminders, delivery of 3 bottles was done on[protected] and taken back 3 emptied bottles.

                        Pl advise what to do further for getting timely delivery from Bisleri.

                          I had ordered 2 water bottles on 11th of july. It was suposed to be delivered on 12th july. Oder Id BSLRE-003HY-1124203. It is not yet delivered. Have called customer care mkre than 10 times. No resultuon provided yet. Pathetic service. I will never order bisleri water bottles again.

                            Contacted customer care multiple times but have not received a proper response from them . They give the default response that they will notify concerned person. It's been 2 months and I keep contacting customer care but till now they have not refunded the deposit of 300rs.

                              Hello,

                              I received a defective pump from bisleri a few weeks back. I lodged a complaint via email and a ticket no was generated [protected]. But there was no action on the ticket no and the distributer is also not willing to help. The customer care does not pick up the call no matter how many times you call and no matter how long you hold, in the end it gets automatically disconnected. This is the worst customer service experience ever.

                              Update : The ticket [protected] was closed without any resolution. I lodged a complaint again ticket no [protected]. I received a phone call from customer care and the ticket no was again closed without a resolution. This is turning out to be the worst experience

                                I'm using bisleri water regularly for my house. i have purchased 20ltr 8 cans dated[protected] and today[protected] i saw some dust and so many leaf peice in the bottle which is already sealed, i have took videos and photos then im contact with seller and he said write complain on bisleri company.

                                  I ordered 2 bisleri jar vide order no. BSLRE-019NO-1099088 but from last 2 days the delivery boy didnt picking my call and everyday I receive message that it cannot be delivered without any specific reason. I called customer care, but they dont care. I mailed from my mailid [protected]@gmail.com but again no response. You are making fool my keeping our hard earned money without and not refunding, even not delivering our products. This is called fraud.

                                    This is the second time I am raising the compliant since there was no action taken by Bisleri. After continously contacting customer care, after around 2 months the bisleri driver came and picked up the 2 cans. When I asked about the refund amount, he said I need to contact someone else and gave me a number. I contacted the number, first time he told they refund amount on Tuesday and Friday. I said okay and waited for it. But even after 2 weeks there was no refund or notification. I contacted customer care last week and he said " the problem happened because you submitted the refund request from bisleri website and not by calling the customer care" . I even emailed the customer care for past whole month but nobody cared to fix it. It does not make sense that the customer care itself is saying bisleri website is the problem. Frustrating at this point by all fake things they have updated on the website about 7 days refund policy. Why do they even update it when they don't follow? It's not like I am asking their money or asking something extra. I don't want their service anymore and I am asking to refund the token advance as per their policy. Will this ever get fixed??
