I hope this email finds you well. I recently ordered 2 20 L cans from your website for the first time few days ago (ORDER # BSLRE-010PU-645369)

During the delivery, I did receive the call from your delivery guy as he was confused about the address to my place here in Swargate area, Pune. After reaching here, the guy refused to deliver the cans to my doorstep and was adamant to drop them in front of the building. As per your policy, the cans are supposed to be delivered to the doorstep for which you guys charge delivery fees so why do we have your people refraining from bringing these heavy cans all the way to the doorstep. I spoke to the guy’s manager (The delivery guy was Sourabh and his manager was Pooja ) and she was like ‘Cans leke jana Customer ka kaam hai (It is the customer’s job to carry cans all the way to the doorstep ).

If there are older women in the house (aged 50+), do you expect them to lift water cans as heavy as 20-25 kgs onto the second floor of the building? This kind of experience was highly unethical and you should look into your delivery organization for the inconvenience this has caused and will keep happening to fellow customers i[censored]nchecked. I was planning to drop in a subscription but I don’t intend to go through this horrendous experience again. Hope you guys look into why such things happen blatantly without any rectification. Customer service is of paramount importance to the functioning of the company so hopefully, someone in your organization will pay heed to why such incidents happen.

Ordered water almost a month ago. Neither received the product nor the money is refunded. And the service is the worst. They don't even receive the phone. Worst company ever and worst service ever. Will tell everyone not to buy Bisleri products as they are the worst service provider.

I was ordered a water last month of rupees 195 but bill is pending

I have purchase 2 20 ltr water jars from Bisleri and now I want to return the empty jars in exchange of security ie 300 Rs. (150 Rs. For each jar) which I paid during the purchase. There is no option for that until I buy a new jar which I don't want to. I am mailing and calling them but no response. It's been more then a week. Please help me with the issue....

I want to return 2 empty jar of 20litre each which costs 300 Rs. (150 ₹ each). But there is no option, in there app the option of returning empty jars is showing only when I am buying new one but I don't want to buy a new jars. I tried to contact customer care and even mailed them but it's been days and no response is there. There phone is always busy and no reply of mails. Please help me with the issue asap.

I have been drinking bisleri packaged drinking water (20liters) for last 1 years. and after using your fruitful service in Jaipur, Bangalore and ahmedabad...i'm willing to take timely deliver service in delhi region which i took in other cities as mentioned above. but here (in delhi) Rohini 18-19 area, where majority is habitual to use packaged drinking water...But last two months we have not received water canes properly, kindly do the needful

Very poor service and untimely delivery. Even after subscription and scheduled delivery they don't care for customers and complaint number never works. Highly pathetic and disappointing service by bisleri delhi.

Myself Amarjeet Singh residence of Narnaul, mahendragarh, haryana, 123001.I visit the dealership at same loacation of narnaul named Smrat Bakery to purchase 20 ltr. quantity water bottle but the dealer refuse to deliver the water bottle with exuse that company not supply 20 ltr quantity water bottle at this location with ruddly behavior with me. I visit many times for 20 ltrs water bottle but all the time dealer refuse to deliver this. Plz take necessary action against the dealership and resolve my problem to available this product (20 ltr quantity water bottle) as soon as possible.

We normally subscribe for a month and everytime the delivery is late by a day or two.
This time its the limits its been four days and still are water bottles have nit come. The dealer says there is no stock. Please complain

Dear Team,
As I have ordered the subscription orders with bisleri online.
and after 2 or 3 deliveries they are nither delivering the orders nor
cancel the subscription.
As this mentioned, when customers cancel the subscription they cease
the discounted amount.

They take advantage of this and cancel the subscription on their own
and take the discounted amount in their pockets and provide losses to
the normal people.

This was happening with 2 or 3 people around me.

I want you to take a step for investigation.

Recently the customer response delivery and service is so pathetic.

Ever time i need to call my dealer and asked to deliver for cans they delay every time i lost my patience and i sent them message that

" Dear dealer your are supplying essential basic need for life. (ie WATER)

In and around bhadrappa layout sales officer is coming for the order often once in a month he will come and go we even don't know his name we are getting problem from i[censored]r not taking action about him further we are going to change the brand of water only

Hi Team,

I am a regular customer of Bisleri and I have ordered 10 bottles of 20 litres capacity. And I have paid rs150 for each bottle as a security deposit.

Now due to pandamic we have installed water purifier, so I want to return the empty cans. So I have raised the request for the same by sending an email to office customer care email address. Also I have called the customer care to process my request.

However it is almost 3 weeks nobody is responding and processing my request. Whenever I call the customer care they put me on hold.

This kind of service is not expected from a brand like Bisleri. I am really disappointed.

I request the team to kindly help me to get my security deposit money back.
